I cant recommend International Lock & Key Shop enough! Found them online on International Lock Key Shop and called them up for an estimate on rekeying all the locks in my new home. Since they quoted the lowest price among a dozen different locksmiths I had called earlier, I hired them! True to their word, I wasnt charged a penny more than the quoted price and they managed to do an excellent job. Guess all the other locksmiths in Santa Ana, CA should take a cue from them. Since moving to this city nine months ago, I've been locked out of my apartment no fewer than four times, so I think you'll trust my expertise when I say that these guys are the absolute best. They were on time, friendly, swift about getting me back into my place, and courteous enough not to comment on the state of it. Best of all, unlike the string of smarmy Eastern-Bloc types (sorry, Russia!) whom I've dealt with before, they were upfront about the price, and didn't gouge me for a Saturday rate.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from International Lock & Key Shop to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! I recently contacted International Lock & Key Shop about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage.
