        This Express Store has a stupid customer service. I just returned 1 item, but after 10 minutes, I changed mind and asked to buy it back. Cashier refused me and said that it must be kept until next day. I came back early next day, she told that it transferred to another place. I am sure that after I returning that item, she held that one for herself, so she told me like that. Later, I called by phone in order to talk to manager, she hanged up the phone. Customer Service system here should be trained again. With an economic down now, if u guys have bad and stupid Customer Service like that, ur customers will not come back and support u guys. And then, u know what happened???---you guys will be closed, no job for you. So, u guys should wake up and study again how Customer Service. Customer Service in South Coast is best one. I love shopping there, not u guys
