I like this (D.M.V.) the employees are always very nice to me.I appreciate this.Especially having to wait.Thank you.However: Driving here can be an issue: I was tailgated from :Bolsa all the way to first.By a black Thunderbird.Calif plate:( 5KGB486).He is required to keep a space cushion.He is suppose to follow the two second rule.He was observed tail gating others as well.This was the early morning of ;Friday: Jan 26,2013.Between:8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.While driving Eastbound on ;Bolsa to first. He is in violation of ;Vehicle Code:21703.His unsafe driving is a violation with a fine of;$400.00.He should be asked to submit to a test to prove his innocence.While being filmed on (YOU-TUBE).With a blood and urine test first.Plus no shoes.So he can't put thimb tacks.To interfere with the test. To volunteer to prove his guilt or innocence. This test is called the:( TRINITY OF TRUTH ). The first part of the test is as follows: http://www.no.lie.m.r.i. The next part is :Injected with the (LIE TRUTH SERUM ) with specific questions while induced ,and being filmed on :(YOU-TUBE).This is ; Calif Evidence Code:( 801.70 ). The next part of the test is:( HYPNOTIZED ) by a licensed hypnotist. Calif Code of Evidence : Section :795.If he refuses to prove is guilt or innocence.The dmv ,should mail him a ticket.For:$ 400.00.With interest and late fees.Based on how long it takes him to pay it off.The reason to be filmed on :( YOU-TUBE),is so mass millions can vote to see if he is lieing or telling the truth. The other issue is: There should be:( CCTV CAMERAS) viewing in the customers waiting in line out side.On the street called: ( Mc Clay) .I noticed no security guards at all.What happened to public safety? There was observed a male Hispanic adult challenging and duelling various customers.He had his fist clinched.He was standing in line staring at various people.Its unknown if he had any weapons in his :( BLACK BACK PACK). He could have had a knife or a 38 gun. Its unknown if he was on:( P.C.P OR BATH SALTS).He was observed with a long sleeve gray sweat shirt .Perhaps to cover (GANG TATOOS ). Also gray pants.He was the only one in line with:( A BLACK BACK PACK).The female accomplice he was with laughed and giggled and condoned of his behavior.She was observed as having a light gray long sleeve gray sweat shirt.With white writing on it.She was observed as having a darker gray pants.She also was observed with a gray hoody on.He should have been arrested for :( DISTURBING THE PEACE).Calif Penal Code:647E.Plus terrorist verball threats:( CALIF PENAL CODE:422 ). Also; ( CHALLENGING & DUELLING ),this is a violation of ;( CALIF.PENAL CODE:415.1.2.3. My complaint is :( NO SECURITY GUARDS TO OBSERVE PUBLIC SAFETY).This nut could have shot some one or stabbed some one.Then he could have ran away.( NO SECURITY OBSERVING THE BEHAVIOR OF PEOPLE WATING IN THE LINE ON MCCLAY STREET). No ( CCTV CAMERAS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY ,WITH ZOOM IN CAPABILITY) .In a city known to be infested with various :( GARBAGE OR STREET GANGS). Where is the public protection.In lieu of ; ( THE HEALTH & SAFETY CODE). Plus under health & safety ;Calif Labor Code:6400. With the early release of ; Lots of criminals with no jobs. ( BILL A .B. 109 ). Whats the only thing a criminal knows how to do very good? Commit crime. Why is'nt there:( CCTV CAMERAS ,WITH ZOOM IN CAPABILITY TO OBSERVED PEOPLE STANDING IN THE LINE ON MACCLAY STREET )? Why not have armed security two watching the line .With level three bullet proof vests.One monitooring the :( CCTV CAMERA TO ROLL THE POLICE SAFELY FOR DEPLOYMENT TO CATCH THE CRIMINAL EASIER ). Also; Another patrolling the entire parking lots of the ,dmv ??????? Thanks but there needs to be improvement for ( PUBLIC -SAFETY AT THE DMV ).
