This is not only the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to, but also the worst fast food or restaurant experience I have ever experienced. Every single worker was under the age of 18 and more than likely abusing substances that altered they're thinking. I would never recommend this place to m…

My sprinkled cone, or lack there of was below any standards held accountable to a sprinkled cone. I was very displeased to be given a cone with only one side properly sprinkled, the other looking rather bare.

I took my mother to see an old freind in Whitesboro after church 03/13/2011. We stopped at Dairy Queen to get something to eat quick. We each ordered tacos because I had these at this D.Q. about a month before and they were much better than I expected. The time before it took a long time to get …

The fries were cold. The burger was luke warm and the kids meal chicken tenders were hot but tasted like fried nothingness. I'd already pulled away and was unable to return to the store. Check your food before you leave or consider other options.

The ice cream was so rich and creamy but the chocolate sauce tasted cheap. McD is better. The service at the counter sucked. The older man was not at all friendly. Can't see what the fuss is all about. Everytime, I pass by the drive-thru line is long. Must be the $5 special.

the store is kinda old, and looks like it could use a face lift but the service seems to be okay. the only thing they arent steady on their prices, sometimes they charge for a cherry squirt and sometimes they dont
The first time I walked in, there was nobody at the counter. I believe it was 9pm, so it was 3 hours before close, and no reason there should not have been someone there to, at the very least, greet us. We waited for a few minutes, and I called to the back asking if anyone was there. Nobody answered, so we left. I went for a second visit and was helped by a very conversational guy. He was really nice and appreciated that I knew to ask for avocado before piling the veggies on my sandwich (I work in a deli that offers sandwiches). Though the second visit was pleasant, the first visit leaves a dirty smudge on my impression of the place. 2 stars docked for poor management that led that that unfortunate experience.
After my fourth trip to this store I have come to the conclusion that they are trying to make their profits from items charged for, but not delivered. I am tired of being chewed out for arriving home with incomplete orders, when all items were charged and plainly visible on my receipt. Think I will just drive to Taco Bueno in Denton when I want fast tex-mex.
