        Overall

        I called Mike after having issues with Maytag's own repair service. Mike was kind enough to assist me with diagnosing my issue over the phone and telling me where I could purchase the part. My husband installed it and it worked immediately!!!! After 2 weeks of not having our washer working, we are all so grateful for his kindness. It's obvious that Mike knows what he is doing and IS VERY honest! I will be calling him in again in the future.
