This hospital was recommended to me by 2 friends and one stranger while walking my dog in my new neighborhood. On the day of our appointment I took my 2 year old Aussie and 4 year old daughter hoping they both would behave during the appointment. My dog was greeted by name at the door. While waiting to be seen my daughter enjoyed the foam sticker craft in their children's play area. The nurse took us into a room and asked us about the history of my dog. When my daughter started complaining that she wanted to go the nurse offered a juice box and animal crackers. I appreciated their concern for my daughter's happiness as well as my dog. The doctor came in and introduced herself to me and my daughter then sat on the floor while Cooper crawled into her lap. When it was time for the exam she asked my daughter if she would help her do the examination. They got the doctor's kit from their children's play area. Both my daughter and Cooper thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Schaller and the staff at Willow Creek Animal Hospital and highly recommend them.

Worst experience

Dr. Schaller and most of her employees are rude and have snobby attitudes. I'm not one to judge but never in my life have I received such horrible service. As I waited in the exam room I heard DR. Schaller and one of her techs who attended me whispering making rude remarks. Everyone who thinks they're nice loving people don't know them at all. My fiancé worked with them a few months back and quit because of how rude they are. I want to warn everyone to stay away from these people. They don't deserve to be in service!!

Vey caring staff! Both of my d...

Vey caring staff! Both of my dogs love taking trips to Willow Creek-whether it's for an actual check up or just to say hi when I come in to get their food or flea/heart worm treatments. All of their staff is very professional, polite, and caring. Dr. Shaller is amazing with them! She always gets down to their level and lets them get used to her before even starting the exams like she's really getting to know them. When my female dog had to have an immediate exam (which turned into immediate surgery), Dr. Shaller was very gentle with her and made sure my dog was comfortable. The dr. and the techs have always been great about explaining anything that I don't understand, always listen to what I have to say, and always answer any questions that I've had. Prices have always been given to us upfront and we sign off on the quote before any surgeries are performed. The prices have always been very reasonable! But let's face it, these are the lives of family members! You get what you pay for and we have always had excellent care at Willow Creek!

I took my dog here for all of his initial vaccinations, exams and neuter after saving him from the Shelter. First off they are expensive and are very non flexible with payments. They always try to get you to do extra things to tack on more money. You will go there for one thing and they'll try to convince you to do ten more things and they don't really listen to you. They claim to offer discounts etc. for military but I'm pretty sure that's a lie. I also felt that they were physically rough with my dog during the exams and I did not like that, especially where my dog is small and was at the time very sick. The last straw for me that has made me decide that I do not want to go back there is that in the system I noticed they have my dog listed as "Bad Dog." I don't know what that is supposed to mean, but my dog is by no means bad and I don't want anyone touching him that considers him to be bad!

Very Caring

I was recommended to this clinic by a friend. Before actually being my Fur Babes in, I stopped in on a whim and toured the facility. The clinic is well manned and well equiped!! Willow Creek has the latest tools to handle a vast amount of procedures. Dr. Shaller and her staff are very professional and curtious.
When I did return with my babes, the staff was amazing. My older pup normally would not allow anyone to clip her nails, her staff accomplished this without stressing her out to much (some is to be expected). And my youngest made friends with the staff. and other pups in the waiting area.
I have never see a staff so involved with the care of my pets. They treated them as though they were their pups. I would recommed this clinic to Anyone in the area.

Thanks Dr. Schaller and Staff!!

Horrible Treatment.

I have never in my life been treated so badly. My dog needed to have a serious surgery and I had to be referred to another clinic (which was probably the best thing ever). Upon the diagnosis, Dr. Schaller told me that I was too young to be taking care of my dog and that I needed my parents to stop being lazy and do their job. I am in my 20s, well beyond the age to need parent supervision. I can provide for myself and take care of my own animal! She needs to keep her snotty comments to herself. And then she continued to tell the referred vet of the other clinic lies about the case of my dog. Straight up lies that she assumed based on the case, disease of the intestines is common and out of my hands. She acted as though I had planned for my dog to get a disease of his intestines and then think that I wanted him to suffer. Hello, I took him to be checked out as soon as I started noticing, do you really think I would pay so much money to get him help if i wanted to see him suffer? She just thinks that she is a know it all about everything. Its hard enough to listen to her talk in the patient room. She uses so many scientific terms that are in reference to the animals that really she could be saying I found poop on the floor instead of giving answers to the problem. Since I have left, I have noticed that my other vet uses these terms but continues to explain them so that I understand what all is going on. Its like Dr. Schaller just wants to sound superior and what not. I mean I have a BS in Biology and understand very much, but just didn't concentrate in animal science and therefore we, the general public, would not understand completely. She hardly spends any time also with you the client. She just rushes in and then rushes out. I understand she is the only vet in the office, but I am paying you for your services. You can at least stay a little longer to explain what is going on.

Just stay away from Bragg st. and use the other local vets, I haven't had a problem yet since I have left.

Personalized Service

We felt like we were the only client and were made to feel very welcome and cared for. The Hospital was top of the line and the staff very professional.
