Terrible experience. The guy will tell you he can fix your car, but can't handle extensive repairs. Then he lies to cover his tracks. Avoid having your car destroyed and go elsewhere!
Wonderful job! Honest and reliable mechanics. I needed my air conditioner repaired this summer and made an appointment. It started working again before the appointment and they suggested I wait until it quit working again. It stopped again 4 months later. They found the relay had a problem and repaired it immediately.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We dropped a pair of seadoos off at Jims a month ago. I could've went to DTs who only had a 2 week wait but I decided to use Jims where the wait was 2-3 weeks because it was cheaper. Big mistake! Not only did it take 4 weeks for them to look at the seadoos but when they finally did they didn't even have the equipment to diagnose either one of them! They had two different types of motors and he didn't have the tools for one nor the computer for the other. Don't advertise yourself as a Seadoo service center and tell people you can help them if you're not even capable of diagnosing. He was very rude on the phone. You think he would say "I'm sorry we kept your jetskis for a month for absolutely nothing but..." Instead he said "go to DTs they have a two week wait" and when I said how upsetting it was he rudely said "well come pick them up then" and hung up on me. I've never been treated so poorly by the owner of a business. No wonder everyone goes to DTs!
This place takes the cake. This was the worst service I have ever gotten in this state. First I call to see if they carry texter spray. I was told no. Then I go there to see this other product of "splatter paint" to see if it will work. The lady when I first walked in asked me what I was looking for I told her she had no clue what I was talking about and said the paint is back there and kinda nudged in the direction. After going up and down a couple aisles I found the paint. And look there is the texter paint i was looking for in the first place. But I cant find the splatter paint to see the consistency of it. After finding some one to help me I understood it was a manager he looked in the computer and said they don't have any. Wait I just called and was told on the phone you did, now i am here and you don't. OK he said the other store has some in clear and walks away. What other store? I don't know where he was talking about. and i was left at the counter alone.
Jim is knowledgeable, easy to get along with and fast. The best in boat repair! I would recommend him to anyone.
Great experience buying my first used car. After finding the car online that I was interested in test driving, I was going to wait to have it transported to the local dealership closer to my residence. After reading rave reviews on this particular dealership in Sanford, I decided it was worth the drive (over an hour) to deal directly with a dealership that was so highly rated by many customers. My research and instincts proved to be right.My salesperson, Beth Leslie, was so professional, yet warm and down-to-earth. Truly felt the southern hospitality that I love about NC.I had bought many new cars in the past but being that those days are long gone and I was working with a budget from an insurance payout for my car, which was totaled in an accident, I was uncomfortable with the unfamiliar experience of buying a used vehicle. Beth made the experience so stress-free and genuinely was concerned with helping me buy the best vehicle for my needs (which did turn out to be the one I came for, after all). She was truly interested in gaining a happy, satisfied customer. Even the manager, who was new to the location, came over to introduce himself and thank us for our business.I love my new "used" car and so glad we made the drive to Sanford. I'm just sorry I live too far for to bring it in for regular maintenance.I highly recommend Crossroads Nissan of Sanford - Beth and the entire staff.
