This location is slow, terrible, bad customer service, work got an attitude because I asked 2 simple questions. I worked customer service for 10 years (top salesman 8) and also worked as ancustomer service rep for several years . I understand it can be stressful in a serving environment like enterprise. I would never make it hard for anyone doing their job (customer service) but after my experience with them never again will I do business with Enterprise in Sanford,NC
After waiting over 40 minutes in the street in the hot sun because they sent the driver to pick me up somewhere else, I arrived at the counter to an already defensive customer service rep. I gave her my ID, etc., and asked why the driver went to an address that I had never ever used for a rental car pick up. I was informed that it was the address "they had on file for me" and they had no other pick up address - even though I had given it to them several times this week, and confirmed it the day before. I asked whom I could speak to about it. She said no one and told me that she was not going to rent me the car after all. I said "excuse me?" She said that it was not her fault that the address was wrong; that's what was on file. I said "you can't do that" and she informed me that she "most certainly can." I asked again to whom I could speak to about this. She said I had no right to treat her like that. Now I'm really confused. I was hot, tired and yes, upset; but I did not insult her, swear or raise my voice. The other woman there had walked over to the door and looked back at the one behind the counter who said "I'm not renting her the car" and nodded at me. The other woman said, "just making sure," snickered and walked out the door. I told the person at the counter that I would call Enterprise about this. She said, "go ahead; they got our backs." I asked if she was serious. She said, "You aren't getting a car." I couldn't believe it. I'm a 60 year old woman who wanted to know why things had gone so wrong. What I got was no civility, no apology and no car. I had to walk a mile an a half to the only other place in town that rents cars. Thankfully they helped me. I don't know what was going on with these two, but if they represent this company, than this is not a company who deserves anyone's money.
The customer service at this location continues to be phenomenal starting with the branch manager Tal who leads by example. I will give this place a 5 out of 5 stars, 4 out of 4 times that I have had to use them. The car selection is great and the staff greets and treats you like a fond family member. Kudos to the ENTIRE STAFF!
I have rented all kinds of vehicles from here many times. The staff are exceptional! Jessica (the manager) knows my name when I come through the door which actually makes me feel special..lol. I haven't ever had a bad experience.
