I recently purchased a 2017 Ram Rebel. The staff went out of there way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. A special shout out to Rachel, Derrick and Steve. All of whom played critical roles. Rachel was very professional always ensuring that she met every need/want along the way. Derrick was willing to go to Tennessee to pick up the exact truck that I wanted at no extra charge as well as give me a more then generous amount for my trade in. And Steve was the finance manager everybody wants, he wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to sell me hard on any other extended warranties or accessories. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Went in today and brought a brand new Tacoma. As soon as we pulled up the sales manager greeted us and said he would love to have our car. He introduced us to Nate Clark. Nate was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever come across in my life. He was polite, full of energy, the most accommodating and had a great personality. He was very personable with us and answered any and ever question we had with a smile. He made the car buy process and easy as he possible could and worked with us. He went over things with us as far as prices and financing and what's best for us more then once just to make sure everything was perfectFor us. It was a little wait towards the end of the day in finance but that wasn't his issue he was sales. On the 2nd of September 2015 I went to the Tom Smith trade in center here in Sanford NC the informed me they are the used car lot for CDJ on Hawkins Street. I've never felt so downgraded they started to take my information without telling me until I asked them what it was for. They ask me if I sell drugs as a second income. "That any income would help." Then they had me sign 3 forms that I never got a copy of or read it. After all of that I told them I want to drive the 2012 Chevy they keep say "not unless you buy it" how im I going to buy something I may not like.... finally they were going to let me drive the chevy but they weren't going to give me my license back until afterwards. Really how I'm I suppose to test drive a car without my license..... since I left that day I have not felt right I'm worried about my personal information!!!! The guys where straight up disrespectful just because I'm Hispanics doesn't mean anything I don't sale drugs!!! I am a honest, hard working, professional!!!! They need to learn some ethics then just maybe I'll do business with this dealership.
It's only been a day since I purchased my new Chrysler 200. The process was painless. I started with an internet search. This is one of many dealers who responded. Bill was very helpful and patient. I live a hour and a half away. I was upfront with Bill and told him I am rebuilding my credit. I did not want to waste his time or mine. Any paperwork required I was able to email to him. He knew I was looking for a 2013 or 2014. He called and told me I was approved..he also ran the numbers on a 2015 which I thought would be over my budget. Chrysler was offering $4000 rebates on 2015 models. Bill called and said come to the dealership and pick out the car I wanted. They close at 8pm and I told him we could be there by 7:30..no problem. I never felt rushed or pressured...was able to take a test drive. I ended up with a new car and a complete warranty which puts my mind at ease. This was not a planned purchase but my 2005 Town and Country died. I worked with Justin the finance manager....who was great...(if you go there tell him I sent you���� It was a pleasure working with Bill and Justin. I left very satisfied and I do not have buyer's remorse. They also had a huge inventory of cars. Check the internet. They have internet pricing. Was worth the drive!

My son bought a used car there. almost two weeks later they claimed their bank would not approve the financing -so he HAD to return the car that day even though he was at work over two hours away. so he took off work to drive back and when he got there the finance guy-Oliver- was rude and acted like a real jerk. And then they proceeded to tell him that they couldn't refund his down-payment that day as whoever needed to sign the refund wasn't in and he would have to come back the following day for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
