Lake Breeze Coney Grill Restaurant

One of my fav places to eat after working all day, luv the waitresses! Deep fried mushroom are great!

I wish I could give this no stars! This place is awful!! The food is disgusting! I watched the owner pick food up off of the ground and put it on a plate to serve.. He screams and swears at his employees with no regard to the customers or anyone else!! Martin (owner) is a rotten man!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

Lots to choose from on the menu...I chose the half BBQ chicken dinner which was one of the nightly specials. The salad and french fries were fair; the chicken was horrible and nearly inedible. It was very dried out with a strange off-taste; just the thought of it put me off eating for the next few days. My dinner partner ordered a coney dog, and it was nothing special; simply canned cheap hot dog sauce like you might get in the grocery store. Please don't call yourself a Coney grill if you're not making real Coneys like Flint or Detroit style! I will never go back to this restaurant which is a shame because they had some things on the menu which really looked good but I'm so disgusted by that BBQ chicken I can't even go near the place. That's sad because this restaurant has a prime location where they could get lots of vacationers and retirees with lots of money to spend but they want good food in return

Went there for breakfast, Had omelet, hash browns not done, omelet with polish sausage dried out, good coffee! very dissappointed. Won't go back

I tried this place on 3 different occasions to give a fair opinion and was disappointed 3 times.

1.Food quality and taste all 3 times was not very good. Nothing I ordered was very good that I would really like to have again. All 3 times were take out orders.On the bad side I do remember 2 orders that were poor. The slim jim my wifes favorite was soggy like they poor water on it ...most people do not like a soggy bread bun. My omelet with seasoned beef and chili on it was more like a can of cheap coney sauce dumped over top of it.

2.service below average. when you call in for take out they do not take your name or confirm the order over the phone. 2 out of 3 times the order was confusing. On 1 occasion they charged me 7.50 for a meal when on there chalkboard it was the daily special for $5.95 I pointed this out but hey argued the that it was $7.50 so I paid the $7.50. Today I called in a breakfast at 7:30 am and showed up at 8:00 am there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook and zero customers. there was some confusion about my order and they had not started it so I canceled the order and left.Strike 3 I'm out of here baby. I think this restaurant is suffering from fairly new and I am not going to try again until about 1 year which should be ample time to get there act together.

I like to pretend I'm a food critic and this place wow ed me delicious food and so much variety loved it!!!
