Nasty manager. This place is all about the profit, not the people. If you're wondering whether they'll replace a dinner or refund your giftcard if you're in a car accident on the way home (and your vehicle is totaled by a hit-and-run driver, and towed, while you're taken to the hospital) the answer is a big fat NO. There are enough kind people out there who deserve our business; let's call out and boycott the greedy mean ones.

I was there yesterday march 22, 2016 order 2 deep dish first of all the first 2 pizzas they handed me was cold then i waited about 20 mins i didnt look at my pizzas there i should have one of them was burned i still have it couldnt eat it it had to much oil on it and so did the crazy bread i was very unhappy with it

Rick is a despicable and irrational business owner. I attempted to write a review explaining the entire scenario, but was too long to post on this site. Long story short, corporate NEEDS to step in and have a chat with this gentleman. It's bad, REALLY bad. I will never order from another Marcos Pizza again, sadly.
Wow, this place is great. Just moved to the area a month ago. My boss had picked up lunch for the office from Marco's. I was so impressed with the food. I have been back 4 times and can honestly say this is my new favorite pizza restaurant.
If I could rate this place less than a one I would. - I called up and a man answered who sounded rushed answered. I began my order and he interrupts me asking me to repeat it bc his "system just went down". The man had no customer service skills. Called me "hun". I ordered a 2 calzone special with a 2 liter diet coke. I asked for the maxima and was told I couldn't have the Maxima with the 12.99 special. I asked precisely "what topping can I put in it" his only reply was "anything you want". My gf doesn't like ricotta cheese which is typical of a calzone. I asked for no ricota on hers. He told me "it doesn't come with ricotta". I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. Plain. And against my better judgement the tiramisu because someone else on yelp said it was "to die for". The man finished my order - didn't give me a price - and told me "we will be there as soon as we can". - the delivery guy shows up with a receipt totaling 37.35. For two calzones, plain pasta and a cup of tiramisu ? ! They forgot the 2 liter. I was visibly upset. Yet I still tipped the delivery guy - not his fault. - I immediately call back antonios pizza and speak with a man named Stanley Perez who claims to be the manager. He began a shouting match with me over the phone. Telling me he told me it was 99¢ for each topping. When I repeated what I asked him he told me flat out I was lying. I said I could get 5 pizza's from Marcos down the street for the price of this meal and he began scoffing and saying things like "really?? Ma'am you really going to get pizza from Marcos?" I could hear the man smoking - he was inhaling a cigarette as he continued to call me a liar. He refused to refund me for all the toppings that he did not explain were 99¢. He said he would send the driver back with my diet coke. He kept saying it's not his fault the driver can't read the ticket on the window. This manager completely did not take ownership for anything. - we opened the boxes and realized my calzone had no mozzarella cheese. There was hardly any toppings and the sauce tasted so bad. The Marinara was so salty it was inedible. My sons pasta had chicken in it. - I called Stanley back and explained that there was no cheese in my calzone. And the pasta had chicken on it. He began to call me a liar again - telling me he put 3 oz of cheese in it and that he made he calzone himself. I said I would send the calzone back with the delivery guy and to refund me my credit card or I would dispute it with my credit card company. He said fine and hung up. - please tell me what calzone only comes with mozzarella cheese in the first place??? 12.99 for two calzones with only mozzarella cheese? Yeah I think this guy is lying. On top of that the flyer I ordered off of says nothing about how many toppings or which calzone you can pick. It simply says 12.99 2 calzones with extra sauce and 2 liter. I think they think a calzone is Stromboli. - unbelievable. I will dispute this entire bill with the credit card company and let every website know how awful the food and service is. AND THE TIRAMISU SUCKED.
My husband orders lasagna and I order spaghetti with meatballs aND we love it.Great customers service from the youth lady.

i would like to speak to corporate on this matter I have had it with your terrible customer service and respect for a customer . i had a bad pizza Rick said he would replace the pizza after corporate was called. Tried to get replacement tonight and he said we don't deliver free food. and complained that we went on yelp again and accused my fiancé of it. Rick needs to be sent to school on how to deal with customer satisfaction and the way he represents MARCO's Pizza reputation. I will be sure to post this in my business to let everyone know the way i was talked to and how he was talking to customers about this issue while i was on the phone and when i said i would come over there and talk to the customers myself he threatened to call the police and then hung up on me. As well as asking my fiancé for an apology for going on the site to complain. He is very rude. MAKE IT RIGHT BY GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY BACK and you will never hear from me again. Unbelievable. I don't need anyones feed back to my post this will be sent to corporate and my attorney.
Firstly I want to say the older 2 reviews this place has was created by 2 people that actually work there so their reviews are invalid. I am going to tell you the real review of this so called Pizzeria. I went here on 1/27/15 and ordered a Large Mushroom Pan Style Pizza as suggested by Naomi Perez "Front Counter Clerk" and When I arrived to pick it up she handed it to me without showing me the finished product first so I opened it right there on the counter myself and was very disappointed and insulted that they had the nerve to present such a "Burnt" Pizza to a customer and I told Naomi that it was way overcooked and she made a "On The Fly" Excuse saying "Oh our dough is really fresh and it gets like that when its fresh dough." I replied "I don't think so, I've never been to any Pizzeria and had a pizza made this Burnt." and I stood there in great dis-belief and suddenly the Manager Janice stepped in and told Naomi to remake the pizza. Once the 2nd pizza was done Manager Janice personally walked out to me to present the remade pizza and she asked "How's this look?" I bluffed and said "It looks alright" and I then took both overcooked pizzas home and come to find more disappointment. The 2nd pizza was completely burnt on the bottom and so I called Manager Janice at Antonino's and explained to her that this pizza was also burnt and she said " I'm so sorry please forgive us, I noticed the oven was a little off on temperature. Could we make you a new one?" I replied "I'm already at home and just settled in and don't want to go back out." Janice replied "I can deliver it to you." I shrugged and replied "Alright I suppose." Janice also offered for me to add an extra topping so I chose Chicken. Once the pizza was delivered being the 3rd remade pizza me and my Girlfriend were finally able to see how this Pizza really tastes being made perfectly after 3 attempts. The end result is this Pizza was the worst tasting Pizza I'd ever had anywhere and matches the quality of a cheap store bought frozen pizza. If you like a Pizza that has tasteless dough and sauce that is identical tasting to store bought spaghetti sauce in a jar loaded with Basil then have at it otherwise you'd be better off buying a frozen pizza from a grocery store. As much as I hated writing this critical review I felt it was needed since it was the worst experience with pizza I'd ever had and the older 2 reviews are employees there and is invalid. The only good I have to say about this place is Manager Janice was a very caring Manager and tried hard to make it right, but it's no use when your business does not know a clue of how to make a pizzeria pizza. They would have better luck selling their pizzas to Wal-Mart frozen section for 5 bucks a piece.
