Hi please read this before you go to this shop. I second what Alfredo says. This guy is a crook and a Scammer: he talks a big game and gives you crappy service. He is a liar, I caught him in 3 lies in a span of my visit with him. He will give you an estimate and writes that the amount includes all parts and all the repairs and then adds unexpected charges. He tells you he will do certain repairs with no charges but that's to butter u up when u can't tell what he actually did. He has no customer service skills, nor does he acts professional I learned my lesson and I don't want some one else's find out the hard way. Stay away from Seminole Auto Specialist and from Steve.
This place is a total scam I brought my 08 tundra in for an alignment they put it on the lift raised it over 6 feet in the air let it sit on the lift for about five minutes brought it down and said that the alignment was perfect they said they had the newest equipment available in that Toyota tundra‘s were really easy to align and I was all set to go. Could not give me a computer printout when I asked for it, never gave me a receipt and never charged me for the service. If I had not asked questions and made him realize I knew he was scamming me, I would be out $62. five minute alignment on an 08 tundra. got a love it, can’t trust anyone anymore.
I purchased a used vehicle, on my way home from the dealer I stopped off at my neighborhood Publix; upon my return to the vehicle I attempted to start my vehicle and vehicle did not start. Apparently the alternator had gone bad and drained the battery. As soon as I called Drivetime, they immediately took care of the situation. They had the car towed from my home to Motorworks of FL, in Sanford, FL. Both experiences could not have been handled better, Drivetime immediately took care of the problem by having the vehicle repaired by Motorworks; and, Motorworks inspected the car, isolated the problem to a bad alternator, and immediately fixed the problem. I can not be happier about the care of both Drivetime and Motorworks, and any future business of mine, and my family, belongs to these great people! Rhonda of Motorworks, BTW, was awesome!
I purchased a 2011 Dodge truck from Jim Lash Blue Book Cars - got a good deal. A few days later, the ignition locked up and I could not start or move the truck from my driveway. I called my Salesman, John, and he and the Owner actually came to my house! Wow! What dealership gives you that kind of service and stands behind their product like that? They ended up towing the truck back to the lot, offered us a loaner (we didn't take them up on that), and fixed everything at their cost. Best experience buying a used car ever.

A terrific and honest place to buy a car! We recently had a great experience buying from Blue Book. This dealer was recommended to us by a neighbor who said they were honest and helpful people. John Doorf was our salesman and helped us with no pressure at all. He was honest and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. Everyone we spoke with at Blue Book was very knowledgable and accommodating. They also gave us a great deal on our trade-in. I highly recommend them! A terrific experience!
This shop is great, very honest, professional and affordable. I have a great experience with them for my Nissan pathfinder and my wife's car. I went for an estimate and was quoted an outrages price for touch-ups then went to another well known paint and bodyshop and it was more than half the price for the same exact job. I am not sure what they are trying to do as I know estimates. They are good and courteous but definitely not worth the price. Shop around before going to them.
Do not take your vehicle here....I brought my car into this shop and a performance muffler that I purchased online, so they can do a custom exhaust. The car had a factory exhaust system so I wanted them to eliminate the factory exhaust from the catalytic converter all the way to the back. After the install, I took the car for a drive and there was a serious rattle. Not something to ignore and very annouying. I took the car back the same day and explained to them the rattling. When the car was put back on the lift, the same man that installed the exhaust, fixed the rattling (so I thought) but decided to raise my muffler a little cause he and I noticed it was hanging a little to low. This "Genius" took a 3 foot screw driver (which is also used as a pry bar) and decided to press up against a brand new muffler to give it the angle he wanted...he destroyed the look of my brand new muffler and put a crease on it...I about lost it when I saw him do that. I kept my mouth shut and I just took it as a loss. After many months later, the rattling came back so I took it in to the same shop. When the car was put on the lift, I was called into the bay and asked what was my concern...I showed them where the welds done by the man were not good at all and had broken off...this caused my entire back half of the exhaust to hang low to a point that it could've broken off the rest of the supporting hooks and cause a undesirable accident. I was told straight to my face by the guy who installed the entire exhaust that "he didn't do that and that he doesn't do horrible welds like that". Again, I lost my cool because I couldn't believe that both would lie to my face and insult my intelligence the way they did. The shop manager and his installer did the entire job and for me to be told other wise, when I was actually standing there the whole time was so disrespectful. The shop manager even went to the extent to tell me that they only installed the straight pipe and that's it...I pulled out the receipt and showed them the total price which was a total of $187.00. I told the manager that if he thinks I paid almost $200 for just a straight pipe he is out of his mind and a crook...I told them that they are crazy for thinking that I left there with a straight pipe and not a complete exhaust...they were also basically saying that I left there with the straight pipe and went somewhere else to get the muffler done. Their welders/muffler installers suck! Another thing I want to mention....I've noticed from this experience and other times I've taken my other vehicles there. The manager Dave or dae (whatever his name is) when he gets a phone call, he always has an excuse not to take a car or the job needed for a car...it's like he's afraid or to lazy to get business rolling in. He always says "eh or oh wow I'm busy". It's like it bothers him that business is coming in or he's just content with little jobs. Today he's told about 5 people that have called that they will have to wait till Monday (because Saturday is New Year's Eve) to get their car looked at when it was only 830 in the morning, the day has just begun and there was only 2 of us waiting on service. Someone posted on here that happy customers should post the "good things" about this shop. Well, I guess there aren't many happy customers because this shop has the worse service, their quality of work is horrible, the welder is a liar, and the manager and owner do not check up on the employees and their quality. Makes me wonder now, why they only do shocks, brakes and mufflers, they are not qualified enough to do engine repairs or jobs to that caliber. At least in my opinion, they are a bunch of older guys not equipped enough mentally to take on hard jobs. Again, don't take your car here, I'm angry at the service provided, but at the end of the day, we can all pay whatever any shop quotes us but at least provide quality service on the job at hand.
