Do not go there for service if you bought your Audi at another Audi Dealer!! George Legler was very rude and unaccommodating! There was an issue with my warranty because I bought my A-7 at Audi in Melbourne. He would not help figure out the issue even after Melbourne Audi said I was covered! I'm super aggravated with the lack of customer service!!
I bought my 2016 Subaru Outback in December 2015. Because I had 2 horrendous experiences with Space Coast Honda (lying, deceitful employees) I was not looking forward to buying another car. As it turned out, I am ecstatic that this whole process was straightforward. The internet price was exactly the same as the sales contract. No hidden charges, no paper shell game. I've been back to the service department for my first oil change service and again, no drama. The check in process was efficient and the car was ready when promised. It's a shame I can't get this same level of service closer to home, but it's worth the drive to do business with an honest dealership.

I have had my oil changed at Napleton twice. The first time it was done quickly and at a fair price. the second time it cost me $25 more. When I asked why I was told there is a "Shop Fee". When I asked what the shop fee was for I was told it was so they could dispose of any rags they used in changing my oil. Are they charging people so they can throw away paper towels? I could not get any good answers as to what the extra charges were for. I have bought two cars from this dealership and had wonderful service up until now. As a part of the deal for the second car I was told they would throw in a tee shirt I saw at the dealership that I liked. They did not have the shirt in my size and told me I would get it as soon as one came in. Not in yet. It is becoming clear to me that as soon as the people at this dealership have your money they no longer care about their customers. I will no longer use their services. There are many good dealerships and mechanics out there. Do not go to Napleton.
Took it there for a recall, they said i had a seal was leaking. I had them replace the seal. When getting the car back I now have a transmission leak! Take it back and tell them there's a vibration at 70. They fixed the leak. I get on the highway and still have a vibration. I just noticed that my tires which only have 22,000miles, are now showing cords. My tech finds that my left front is -0.47 degrees out and right front is 0.26 in. and finds the tie rods finger tight! Last people to do an alignment was Autonation Acura. Tried to call them, no answer. Angie or Angela, I'm not to sure which she wouldn't tell me, the service manager called, I told her what was going on and I didn't have time to talk right now. Tired to call back, no answer. I went to Acura Corp, an hour an a half later she calls, immediately raising her voice. I tried to talk only to be interrupted with my car is a piece of junk! She said she didn't care who found the tie rods loose because it wasn't an Acura dealership
I purchased a certified Honda Accord that had 22k miles and in 1 week I had a problem with the brakes.Manager said that I would have to pay to get them fix (over $300). Was not happy with answer and complained. Then he said "Honda" would pay half...Still unacceptable so I said I would contact BBB. After that they decided to pay for the brakes. In 5 months of having the "certified" car all tires were dry rotted even though the tread was good. I had to pay for new tires. Took the "certified" carback ONE day after the new tires because of clicking sounds and I was told that the ball joints are bad. Well, another expense. All the managers at the dealership could tell me was "You didn't get a bad deal." Had this car for only 6 months. This experience has turned me off from purchasing a car from this dealership.
Called Audi (which uses an answering service in another city) talked with Dianna @ ext 1265 informed her I was interested in a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee they had. I also informed her that I would be leaving work early to come see it because their dealership was over an hour from me. Called Dianna when I left my office got no answer so I left her a message that I was starting the 1 hr 20 min drive (and $8.00 each way in tolls) and would see them shortly to look at the vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealership I found out they sold that the vehicle already!! Not telling on the phone kinda defeats the purpose of calling and saying do you still have the jeep and her saying yep sure do call me when you head this way and I will have it ready for you. Hey I get it things happen stuff slips threw cracks but what really gets me is the attitude and the fact that Dianna hung up on me when I called her to express my frustration over the situation!! Had she treated me better after the fact I wouldn't be writing this review!!! ZERO CHANCE I WOULD DEAL WITH A DEALERSHIP THAT HANGS UP ON CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISSTAKE!!! My mentally and physically handicap 50 year old brother went to this dealership to trade in a good car that my parents were paying for. This dealership and my brother lied on the credit application to get the deal bought by the bank. He can't afford the $320 payment and now his payment shot up to $457. He has no job and lives at home. He collects a small SS check for being handicapped. When my parents and I went to the dealership and explain the situation they refused to reverse the deal because they are making with the bank over $14,000 between the high interest rate, 5 year payment plan and on his trade and the used car they sold him. BEWARE AND DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ANY COST!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR A BIG RIDE THAT WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY.
After my experience with their service department today, I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet . On first call, I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. They answered promptly and were very professional. I spoke to a customer care professional by the name of Ty. He was on the ball. He took my basic information and assisted me with directions to their facility. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly. It was nice to be able to ask for someone by name. It alleviated the unnecessary explaining and re-explaining of the issue to multiple service personnel. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. There was complimentary refreshments, big screen LCD televisions, and very comfortable chairs that afforded even a bigger person like myself enough room to sit and not feel crowded in. Kudos to David Maus Chevrolet Service department and all their personnel. Special thanks to Ty and the others in his department that helped get me in and out quickly. A++ Facility.Justin T.
