After my experience with their service department today, I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet . On first call, I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. They answered promptly and were very professional. I spoke to a customer care professional by the name of Ty. He was on the ball. He took my basic information and assisted me with directions to their facility. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly. It was nice to be able to ask for someone by name. It alleviated the unnecessary explaining and re-explaining of the issue to multiple service personnel. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. There was complimentary refreshments, big screen LCD televisions, and very comfortable chairs that afforded even a bigger person like myself enough room to sit and not feel crowded in. I have had my oil changed at Napleton twice. The first time it was done quickly and at a fair price. the second time it cost me $25 more. When I asked why I was told there is a "Shop Fee". When I asked what the shop fee was for I was told it was so they could dispose of any rags they used in changing my oil. Are they charging people so they can throw away paper towels? I could not get any good answers as to what the extra charges were for. I have bought two cars from this dealership and had wonderful service up until now. As a part of the deal for the second car I was told they would throw in a tee shirt I saw at the dealership that I liked. They did not have the shirt in my size and told me I would get it as soon as one came in. Not in yet. It is becoming clear to me that as soon as the people at this dealership have your money they no longer care about their customers. I will no longer use their services. There are many good dealerships and mechanics out there. Do not go to Napleton.
I’ve been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Hyundai store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Sonata Universal Hyundai although it is pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My wife and I were greeted by a very clean gentleman who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My wife enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place gets a five star for the good experience and pleasant vibes from the people. I will be coming back in a few months when my wife’s lease expires.
I bought my 2016 Subaru Outback in December 2015. Because I had 2 horrendous experiences with Space Coast Honda (lying, deceitful employees) I was not looking forward to buying another car. As it turned out, I am ecstatic that this whole process was straightforward. The internet price was exactly the same as the sales contract. No hidden charges, no paper shell game. I've been back to the service department for my first oil change service and again, no drama. The check in process was efficient and the car was ready when promised. It's a shame I can't get this same level of service closer to home, but it's worth the drive to do business with an honest dealership.
I've been getting my car serviced here for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I've never had to wait longer than I expected and I don't even mind waiting because the waiting area is clean and bright with all the comforts of home. They have wifi and desks where you can plug in your laptop, a sitting area with a big screen TV, coffee, donuts, etc. I never miss work to get my car serviced because I can work from the waiting area. They give me regular updates on their progress and their work is always top quality. My car is fixed right the first time.

I live in Atlanta, a friend from Orlando talk to me about this guys and when I visit him I came to check them out cause I needed to upgrade my car. they gave me a fair price for my old acura mdx and I got an audi a4 for a great price and brand new shape! the way back to ATL was with the audi! easy fast friendly ! love u guys. thank you again!
Tom was awesome to work with. I contacted several other dealerships and Tom was the best to work with. Didn't play games like the other salesmen and gave me everything I was looking for. I hate the whole car buying process and Tom made it enjoyable.

I called Five R Truck and DJ (the owner... not sure if he is the only owner) answered the phone himself. It felt personalized. He seems to be an awesome guy! Runs a strong business! Great customer service!
