The one in Orlando fashion square mall get -100 in service, the manager Michelle very rude and the product are not very good quality, and when you let them know they are offended, but when you buy 111.00 $ in the store and broke in a few hours is bad quality
I was really happy to come to this place and fix my screen.. people need not search too much on internet .. just go here and get the screen fixed in 15 mins max.. superb service ..
So on January 21st, I was in the Seminole Town Center Mall in Sanford. I was stopped by Al, the manager of the Sprint store upstairs and told about their new offers if we switched to them. New phones (which we needed), approximately same monthly bill as our previous carrier and $200 per line that we transferred when we gave them our old phones. (We were originally told the funds would be credited to our new Sprint account, so no cell phone bill for a few months) Well, once we started the process we were switched over to Steven (don't know if the name is spelled right) At this point we are notified that we would receive the $600 in Visa Gift Cards, Even better news. I asked numerous times how long it would take to get the Visa gift cards and was told by Steven and Al (manager) that on the 15th day they would be mailed out. 15th day because Sprint has a 14 day policy on if you change your mind and go back to your old carrier. Well, we patiently waited for our 15 days to pass, then was checking the mail for the Visa gift cards to arrive. Well, as of yesterday, no cards arrived. So I called sprint headquarters and that is where the headache started. I was notified that I had to register my devices online to qualify for the gift cards. Now, this was never once mentioned to me at the Sprint store. Then I was told after being registered it would take 4-6 weeks to receive them. WAIT... WHAT... After telling headquarters was I was told in the store, I was told there was nothing else I could do to expedite this. So I go from expecting $600 end of last week beginning of this week, to now it is 4-6 weeks away.

Contacted them to come out and fix an RV air conditioner at Universal Studios. Was told I would be billed $150 on my card. Never heard from them after they came out as we were not there, when they arrived. No follow up etc. Had to reach out to them myself and later my credit card is charged over $700, no receipt, no estimate, no communication. Finally received a bill well after the fact (after several calls) saying they replaced the thermostat(an $84 part). A new AC would have only cost around $400. An oh yeah, ac had exact same problem when we picked it up. .
they never stop to amaze me ,the power of their knowledge,they know it all ,as soon as you enter the door they look like they "re so eager to greet you, they will go out of their way to help,nothing matters when you enter the door, all eyes are on that customer ready to serve you ,hands up for cellular tronics
Great personal service! They offered to fix my iPhone while I waited. But when I didn't have time to wait, they gave me a loaner phone for the day! It turned out that the problem with my iPhone 6 was systemic, and they went to the apple store and got me a free replacement! That's exemplary service! Can't recommend this repair store highly enough!
These guys saved my life. I went to several shops and no one knew how to repair my iPhone wifi issue and they did it in just a few hours. That was amazing! Would recommend to everyone!
