We Would put a zero if it would allow. THIS DEALER will LIE, or do whatever they have to close the deal. BEWARE they will change numbers last minute on paperwork and try to distract you. DRIVERSMART was a NIGHTMARE for us to buy a NEW car with our own FINANCING. They switched our names on registration so they only had to pay for 2 months but charged us full year, we had just renewed it for a year 2 weeks prior but switching the names saved them a couple hundred dollars, then the finance guy plays dumb like he don't know why? We bought a new car from them and this is how they treat you, LIE, CHEAT ON PAPERWORK, give you 1 smartkey, we had to pay 250.00 for a spare. LESSON LEARNED! NEVER AGAIN! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE. Their own website would not let you write a review so I can only guess they are not real.

Do not go there for service if you bought your Audi at another Audi Dealer!! George Legler was very rude and unaccommodating! There was an issue with my warranty because I bought my A-7 at Audi in Melbourne. He would not help figure out the issue even after Melbourne Audi said I was covered! I'm super aggravated with the lack of customer service!!
took our car in for a repair under warranty, got it back with damage done to the interior. carmax takes no responsibility,cannot be trusted. we are very dis-satisfied,still have the warranty, will take photos and thorough documentation in the future before dealing with their service dept.
Michael Williams sold me a car for more than it was worth with the promise that he would fix the problems I pointed out to him before purchasing the car, should I decide to purchase the car. Michael Williams did not keep his word. He refused to take any responsibility for the poor state of condition the car was in when he sold it to me. I made Michael Williams aware that I could not afford to continue making the payments towards the car, and so I returned the key. Michael Williams waited for me to get off work, then confronted me in regards to the issue, took it upon himself to analyze the issue, and told me to keep the car and continue making payments whenever I could. Michael Williams then decided to slash the tire on my car when I was unable to deliver the money I owned him, even after I had explained that I would not have an income and therefore would not be able to make the payments. Michael Williams is a crook, enough said. Don't give this man your business.
First of all, Michael Williams is a bad business man with predatory practices. He preys on people with either bad credit/new credit; who cannot go to a reputable car dealer and takes advantage of them. Our vehicle that was bought from him that has only been running for 1 month out of 6. Basically our car is a gilded turd. Looks good from the outside but a mess on the inside. Shame Mr. Michaels, shame on you! Buyer, please beware. If you don't know too much about cars - stay away from this snake oil salesman.
I bought my 2016 Subaru Outback in December 2015. Because I had 2 horrendous experiences with Space Coast Honda (lying, deceitful employees) I was not looking forward to buying another car. As it turned out, I am ecstatic that this whole process was straightforward. The internet price was exactly the same as the sales contract. No hidden charges, no paper shell game. I've been back to the service department for my first oil change service and again, no drama. The check in process was efficient and the car was ready when promised. It's a shame I can't get this same level of service closer to home, but it's worth the drive to do business with an honest dealership.
Purchased a CPO used MDX...a very good experience. Sales staff (Steve) very professional and knowledgeable. Good supply of used vehicles on the lot. Feel I got a great price on an excellent vehicle.
