Very knowledgeable and optimistic. He made us feel important and answered all the questions we had to ask. Looking forward to this journey!



Dr. Blauer was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer questions. I have not received Dr Blauer's notes from my office visit. They had difficulty printing them out on the DOS and said they would email them to me. I have called about this twice but still no email. I was given a lot of good information and would really like to review the notes. Thank you.



I have only had two appointments scheduled with the office. Each appointment has been changed 2-3 times each. I 100 percent understand the reasoning for the change of times. People (just like me) are in a time sensitive schedule. I really do appreciate that the staff is always sincere and apologetic when it comes to changing my appointment. They always find the soonest available time for me to come in. Great support and customer service!



The doctor was so understanding, personal, wise, and friendly. I really appreciated him. I did wait awhile after my appointment to see the nurse fpr a blood test. Also there was some confusion with setting up a surgery as well.



When I originally called to make a consultation appointment, it took them over two weeks to get me in, which I felt was ridiculous. Once the appointment was finally here, we went at our scheduled time of 4:00pm, but still ended up sitting in the waiting room for over 20minutes. Finally, they called my name and took me back but the nurse told me where to go rather than showing me and as a first time visitor that was not okay. I got into doctor heiners office and while he took his time with us, I felt that most of the time was focused on items not regarding fertility and in order to get any of my answers, I had to ask specific questions. I ended up coming out of the office even less optimistic than I was going in. I did not feel comforted or that we had a plan or anything. Overall, a very depressing visit.

Feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to continually grow and improve. We want to extend our apologies for any perceived discomfort or shortcoming. We want every patient to feel welcome and attended to. As such, we do our best to schedule patients within a week of their request, and make every effort to accommodate our patients busy schedules. That said, depending on the appointment schedules of our providers, some patients may be faced with a longer wait times for a new patient appointment. Regardless, please accept our sincere apologies if we did not meet your expectations. Whether a first time patient or a frequent visitor, all patients should be courteously accompanied to their designated appointment location. Providing only directions of where to go instead of showing the patient to the room is not typical. This is something that we will address immediately to avoid it happening again. In regard to Dr. Heiner's questions - our doctors enjoy getting to know their patients on a personal basis. Additionally, the treatments administered at RCC can demand a lot of time and effort from patients. As such, our doctors want to be sure they recommend a treatment plan that is not only medically possible for the patient, but something that the patient is comfortable doing. To that end, we encourage an open dialogue between our patients and providers as a way to foster familiarity and trust - and thus, ensure that the proper treatment plan is prescribed. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hatasaka- He is very personable. We found it very easy to talk with Dr. Hatasaka. In addition to answering our questions, he presented us with very interesting facts, tools and resources. It was our experience that Dr. Hatasaka took his time with us and made us feel at ease with our situation. We left our appointment feeling very optimistic. Again, overall experience was wonderful. Thank you.



I was very nervous before our telephone call, but Dr. Heiner made us feel comfortable and at ease immediately. He was very knowledgeable and informative, answered all our questions, and helped us to better understand the process. We did not feel rushed whatsoever and he was extremely reassuring.



Staff was very professional. They were attentive to my needs, and quick to make, and return phone calls. Dr. Heiner spent over an hour with me and my husband answering any questions that we had. He listened to us, and educated us. The office was clean and comfortable.



Dr. Hatasaka was so kind and patient. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling rushed.



Dr. Blauer is an expert in all things fertility. While he sometimes talks above my understanding, he is always willing to spend time explaining procedures and ensuring I feel comfortable with the information being presented. I take comfort and assurance in his expertise knowing he will do whatever is best to help me in achieving my goals of having children and being a mother.
