Live in the avenues and its an older home with more open spaces than newer homes. I asked what could be done and they provided the best customer service by actually looking at those spots I mentioned. Not only have they communicated in an efficient manner but also with amazing customer service, I signed up with them for a year because of their professionalism. Thanks again all!
I've been using preventative for 3 years now and have always been happy with their service, but when I have any scheduling conflict, billing question, anything, they are always super easy to work with and get the job done to make my life easier! Always call to remind me of service, I literally can count on them to make sure my lawn and pest needs are met. That's why you pay someone to do it right? They have exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
We live in Draper and have worked with Preventive for more than 4 years now. We often refer them to our friends and family. The bugs stay away and our lawn looks amazing. Their service technicians are friendly and thorough. If we've ever had a problem with wasps or spiders they have come right out every time.
I had a wasp nest in a tree in my back yard. They came the next day even though I wasn't at home. The technician had the right protective gear and dispatched the wasp nest, left the bill under my door mat, all before I came home. If you have pest this is the company to call.

(he mentioned his own name in the review)....common dude! If you're gunna take the time to put up a fake review at least take the time to cover ur tracks in the most BASIC way! I'm embarrassed for you.

The review at the bottom was submited by the company but was received from a customer who we have had for five years. She asked for us to us her review from Google and add it to the yellowpages.com website, which we did. You can check the original review on google to see for yourself. Do you really think we are that low to make up reviews? Our service speaks for itself. WOW!
I was tricked into signing a one year service contract with Preventive Pest Control by one of their door-to-door salesman. I inititally refused to sign the contract, but then the salesman told me that I could at least have the initial treatment done and then cancel the contract within three days business days without any fees. The service was scheduled to happen before the end of the third business day so that I could call and cancel. All this was to be done for only $50. It sounded like a good deal, so I signed the contract.
Well after I had the service done, I called to cancel and was told that since I had the first treatment that I had to pay the full price: $159.00, more than double what I thought I would have to pay. I called the salesman who sold me the service and he claimed he had no idea that was in the contract. I tried explaining what happened to the office personell, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to pay it. What makes matters worse is that I have seen more bugs in and around my house since they sprayed and Preventive Pest Control can't even come and respray it for me, citing that "They don't guarantee their work on the first service." So basically, it's too bad for us that we paid $159.00 for a service that doesn't even work. I think this company and its salesman are shady, deceiving, and very unwilling to own up to their mistakes and work with customers. Oh and if you're wondering how much a year-round service is from them, it's about $600 dollars, way to expensive for pest control that doesn't work. These people are focused on sucking every last dollar out of their customers and not on quality service. I would not recommend using Preventive Pest Control.
I have been a customer of Preventive Pest Control for several years now, and in several different homes. I have recommended and referred my family and friends for this service, and will continue to refer people. Preventive Pest Control provides world class customer service, and have always treated me like family. Whenever I have called, they are professional and extremely helpful. This company goes above and beyond for their customer relationships. From the secretary that answers the phone (Lauren/Jessica), to the service men, the Director/Owner (Brandon)...everyone has stellar customer service skills. They take the time to answer my questions, and they don't leave the job until all of my questions and concerns have been addressed and I am satisfied. They have been there for me through times of bees, ants, spiders, and now they are treating my lawn as well!! They have helped my home feel secure, warm and safe. They know me by name, they are personable, and they treat me like my business matters. In this day and age when life goes so fast; things come and go, it is easy for businesses to forget about the customers and those who keep them in business, but Preventive Pest Control still believes in customer service and customer satisfaction. I will continue to do business with this company for the rest of my life.
