I seriously cannot say enough good about this Maaco location, especially Matt!! We went in there on a time crunch for a surprise and he made it all come together. They were friendly, helpful and professional. They gave us a quote and stuck to it. Zero jerking around. And the best part is the truck looks better than when we bought it. I would highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business.
Went into Maaco and spoke to Chris. Asked that they paint a 2006 Nissan Altima that been sun damaged.
Chris listened to what we had to say and gave us fantastic customer service. An amazing experience. The paint job turned outstanding and was done in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied.
Thanks so much.
You guys are the best..

The Maaco in Sandy is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I wanted the front of my 1997 Honda Civic painted for next to nothing. I talked with the Maaco staff there and they helped me complete the task in the most economical way. They talked to me about replacing the hood, fenders and bumper myself including instructions on how to go about that task. I really appreciated their help due to my limited budget. After replacing those parts, Maaco painted the newly installed parts with paint that was just a grade lower than the factory paint and helped me understand that with metallics (my car is silver), it can be difficult to match the color of the rest of the car with that grade of paint. I wanted the lowest cost and so they painted the car. When I was disappointed the color didn't exactly match (which they warned me of), they looked again at it and after taking it home, the Sandy Maaco called me and offered to repaint the car for a significantly reduced rate. I was so impressed that they would so highly consider my satisfaction and feedback and then to act on that to call me after I had agreed to accept the car as it was. They repainted the car with factory paint and even corrected some of the blemishes that were outside the scope of work. I was very pleased with the way I was treated at the Sandy Maaco.

Update: The clear coat still did not hold to the vehicle and there is still rust at original spot, Their work just did not last. I am not sure if its just a hard spot to fix or what. I don't want to be mean or vindictive, but this is not my first disappointment from them. (they oversprayed my dad's truck) like everything in life you get what you pay for.
First, I made an error, I paid $154.00 instead of over 200.00, but the rest I stand by. After I made a complaint to the main branch I was immediatly contacted by the main brach of Maaco and was told to take the car back in, so I did. It was repainted, but once again the rust came back. However, I will admit this is a tough spot to fix (drip rail), so I will bepatient. I went back in today and they were more than happy to try and fix the problem free of charge as before, l am looking forward positively to see the results. This whole complaint is about customer service, I was treated with little concern (even though I expressed distain about the work) until I wrote the review and contacted the main branch. It seems like they recieved the message and are trying to fix the problem.
