I agree with Krystle. Creative Wigs is the worst wig shop ever. There are several older ladies that work on 11th East that need to quit. I went in with a new cancer diagnosis and was treated poorly. I was so distraught that I left in tears. Mary Nichols must know someone -there would be no other reason for her to promote you. Maybe her television exposure of you will help sour attitudes. Anyone need a wig-go somewhere else! There are plenty of good wig shops out there. SERIOUSLY DO CANCER PATIENTS BOTHER YOU?

I have cancer. My first experience was with the shop on 11th East. I have never met such rude people in all my life. I was anxious about the whole cancer diagnosis and was not familiar with wig care. Talk about feeling dumb! They did not explain anything about heat ruining the wig! I bought several from them and always felt like a burden. Good thing Mary Nichols is coming there. It will help your bad reputation. I now go to a good wig shop in Salt Lake. Also looks like there are some new fresh faces at the shops-much overdue. GOOD REVIEW MUST BE FROM FAMILY MEMBER-sign me-NEVER GO BACK!

I had cancer and my hair still hasn't grown in well and I still need to wear wigs everyday. I have bought 4 wigs but have never found a place I would go back to until now. This time I made a list of Wig Shops in Northern Utah and visited most of them...checking prices, inventory, atmosphere. I loved Creative Wigs, both stores in Sandy and Salt Lake. Contrary to the review previously written, I found their staff extremely fun to work with and very helpful. I definitely recommend this shop.

Save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere. The sales clerks from not just 1 but 2 stores act as though they are being bothered when you go in this store & when you ask when the manager/owner will be in, they tell you she hardly ever comes in. Guess that explains the sales clerks. What a dissapointment this store is. Too bad. But another store got my business & earned more business from a few of my co-workers. Rude, unfriendly clerks = Loss of business.
My 1st experience at a wig store & it was horrible ! The clerk (L) acted like I was bothering her just by being in the store. It was a true bother that I asked her questions. I left the store very unhappy & with the same questions I had when I went in. They have another store in Salt lake so I went there hoping to have better luck.. wow! I swear this clerk must have been related to the other one. 45 min to close & she told me that she was busy (brushing a wig) she had to get ready to close. Very short with me. So again, another bad experience. I asked when the owner came in & was told that she was hardly ever in the stores. Being my 2nd experience was just as bad as the 1st, I was dreading going to another wig store. But, I found a very friendly helpful store on 7th east that is more than reasonable in price. If your looking for a wig & you have questions, stay away from this one. Its very pricy & the clerks leave much to be desired. Its obvious the same person hired them both.
