I have been ordering pizza from this location from the beginning of 2007 when I moved to this area. From time to time I order chicken wings and always ask them to cook my wings extra time so they are very crispy, otherwise we don’t eat them. Usually we get those wings nice and crispy, but on two occasions general manager Jason took my order, and both times wings were undercooked (they were done but not crispy at all). The first time was few months ago I called to let Jason know about the problem, he started arguing with me that if you cook those wing longer that the will not be wings anymore (his words) but gave me a store credit.The second time was today, and when I called, Jason started arguing again, he was constantly interrupting and saying that there is no other way he can cook those wings, although everybody else in that store never had a problem with it. After going back and forth I asked Jason to take my order back and refund my money and he refused to do so. Ones we hung up I took my order back to the store and talked to him personally to find out what was his problem, after all he told me that ones the timer goes off on the wings he can not afford to let them cook longer and still did not give me a refund of $34.77 plus $5 tip to the driver which I did not even ask for because driver did her job. So I left my order with Jason and went to get pizza from Dominos.I have filed a complaint with Pizza Hut Corporate office, and was told that the area manager will contact me within the next three-business days.My family and I will not order from Pizza Hut again while this unprofessional so-called manager Jason Frye is working there.I understand that Pizza Hut could care less, but they have lost a loyal customer.
The best pizza parlor in town, bar none. They have some great flavors and the people serve fast. Thank you so much and until next time.
I am happy with this pizza parlor. What I admire the most about it is that service is really quick and ordering is hassle free. Excellent job to everyone here.
I have ordered pizza from this place for the past 2 months because apparently I have no other choice since is the only store near me. Every time I do so the person who takes my order tells me I have the wrong store and sends me to another store.I think I have talked to 3 different stores in the area and finally concluded that This was the store that belongs to my area. And every time I order the driver gets lost our my pizza gets deliver 1 and a half to 2 hrs later, yesterday I ordered a pizza and the same thing happened the driver delivered the pizza 1 hr and a half later when half of my party left. I demanded not to be charged for the pizza but since i ordered online they refused to give me a refund saying that it stated in the order that it would take an hr when he arrived 30 mins after the hr. I talked to the manager and they refused to do anything about it. Only after I complained for a while they finally gave me a $15 "store credit"
First time going to Marco's pizza, it was recommended from a friend. Tried their white cheezy pizza and have to say I was impressed. Pizza was very tasty with the garlic butter sauce, just the right amount of tomatoes and onions, the cheese was good and not rubbery. The staff , Devon, was friendly and answered all questions. Will be going again and will recommend to other friends. Good job....
I wouldn't recommend going to Rock creek pizza co in riverton any time!I called a week in advance and made a reservation for the banquet room for a birthday party. I told them I wanted it at 5:30. They said they deserve it 4-6 but as long as they could open the door and use the empty tables it'd be fine. Well we got there. Paid $100 for pizzas and 15 min later were told we had to go because we were taking too long. Apparently the manager needed those tables for other customers. They manager had no tact or customer service and yelled and me and my family. He then called the police to have us kicked out. The best part was the tables were empty and there weren't customers needing space. This guy needs to be fired and I need an apology and a refund!
Worst pizza we ever had!! Bbq chicken had 7 pieces on it. We ordered 3 large pizzas for my sons Bday. $87.50!!!!! ridiculous.
I have ordered off the web several times, they let you view what stage the pizza is in and how close to being delivered. Once out of twelve Times they showed up late and threw in a liter coke free. I've had very good luck with fresh hot delicious pizza each time. I'm getting addicted to the Philly Cheese Steak.
