Service to help me was as fast as possible. When I walked in 2 hours earlier than my scheduled pickup time they allowed me to do an earlier pickup which really helped my day. Not having the small compact I reserved, they upgraded me to a RAV4, which was actually a better suited vehicle for my trip driving into the mountains. Very helpful and courteous staff. They took time to explain everything .

don't use Avis. use any other rental car company. even if its a bother, go some where else. they didn't have my reservation, didn't honor the price that is on my first reservation. i emailed a supervisor or what i thought was a supervisor, he introduced himself as a supervisor. he did not change my price to the original offer. two supervisors hung up on me while i was upset at how their company was handling my situation. allow me to elaborate. long story short: three days into my rental one of the Avis employees talked me into keeping an Avis rental by telling me that corporate would give me the full credit when i return the vehicle. i had to have a rental for about a month. never received the right credit that i was promised. i was told that i was a liar, lied to by several employees and to top it off i was charged extra because their rental would not go into drive. it was stuck in park. i hope this helps some one not get taken advantage of like i was. every one of the employees that i spoke with could have fixed it for us. (my family and i)
