City Nails

The owner (male) hovered the entire time and was so pushy trying to get me to say I loved my nails. I did until I got home and realized that they did a terrible job. He started them, and his wife finished them. She didn't sand them down enough and they looked totally cheesy. I would've gone back to complain but I read the other reviews on here and I don't gather that they would've fixed it.

Most horrible experience I've EVER had. I ended up leaving and not paying and fixing my nails myself. The guy came off as he knew exactly what he was doing. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! He didn't even check to see if my nails were the same length. Cut my finger by accident. Every nail that way filed was slanted and each one was a different length. Didn't even do my nails correctly. One of my nails are naturally crooked and he told me that it was my problem and expected me to be okay with it and wasn't gonna do anything about it. I told him you better fix it or I will get up and leave. Finally did something about it. He rushed the whole thing. I will NEVER GO BACK and I WILL be letting everyone know my experience.

They do amazing job. I went there this morning to get my nails done for my engagement pictures and she helped me pick colors and she made sure that I like them before I left. amazing customer service hands down the best place in Sandy to get your nails done.

I have to start out by saying that the people that work at city nails r super awesome and super nice. They do a fantastic job on my nails. They make sure you lube

like them before you leave, they also fix your nails for no charge if u were in prior took it breaking. If they do your nails n they break within 10 days they fix it for free. If you want your nails done with consistency n no problems go their.
