Giving this store a 1 star is still too many. This place is the worst establishment I've ever been to. I ordered a $5 box to go and my total was $6.12. The employee tried to tell me it was tax because of the drink. I told them the tax should only be a few cents. Then they said theres nothing they can do. Then I ordered 2 of the $1 Burrito tacos that was posted as a special on the front of the building. They told me they haven't had those for a week or so and their manager is too lazy to take the signs down( the signs are still up and this happened 4 days ago). Then I finally ordered 2 soft tacos and a spicy core burrito, nothing special. I took 18 minutes to get 3 THINGS!?!?!?! The sad part was they weren't even busy and didn't apologize for the delay. My food was awful! soft tacos were hard and my core burrito was broken, I had to eat it with a spork. The inside of the store was filthy. No napkins in the dispensers, trash overflowing and tabes were messy.
For the last week or more? this Taco Bell has no breakfast menu at the drivethru. The 2nd time I stopped in the last 10 days, I drove up at 8:55 a.m. no one responded, so I said "hello?" a girl answered, "just one minute" so I waited. no response for a min. so I said "hello again. she again responded, "just a minute please." I waited, no response after a min. so I said, "are you open?" she said yes, but I am waiting for the register. At now 8:57 a.m., register should have been up and running for a couple of hours. so i asked, when do you open? she said 6 or 7, I don't remember. then said the mgr had rebooted her terminal and it was loading. I asked why no menu. she said she usually works nights, but someone else did and they threw it out. I said, " I was here a week ago and there wasn't one then either. she said she was sorry. I then left. this particular taco bell is run poorly, so it must be the mgmt. btw, there was no cars in the drivethru, or the parking lot. now I know why.
Worst experience. Ordered 4 boom boxes. Got all wrong food. Called over there no answer. Called corporate and told them my complaint. Got a reference number. Called again and talked to manager, he told me to come get my refund after I said I threw all the food away. I went over to get my refund and they laughed and made a huge deal about it and thought it was a joke! Do not go here!
Rude help place is slow worker flicked me off after i waited20 minutes in drive thru told her to get a real job go to burger king
