Well I'm never going to Sally's Beauty Store again!���� Yesterday 04/13/2015 I purchased $40+ on hair products and used my grandmothers card to pay. I bleached my hair and needed to go back to get some toner and other hair product. 04/14/2015 I was waited on by a nice lady named Shena. She helped me find everything I needed, informed me about the products I had questions about, was very very nice! She needed my ID for my grandmothers card. Which I can understand since there's a lot of credit card fraud and stuff out there. I just stated that, " Its my grandmothers (who is at work) I used it yesterday without an ID and without her here." Sherry at the other register replied rudely, "No no not in this store." I was okay with needing an ID. It's how she replied. I snapped a little and said, "Well I did yesterday." She said, " Well I'm telling you we don't do that in this store." The manager Sherry? Not so nice. From the way she talked to me, I thought she was rude. Went to the bank to get some cash and purchased my items. Whe i got back I Sherry I FELT like she was rude me and she said, "No one was rude to you." Lady i'm the customer, I'm spending $50+ at your store, evaluate and correct yourself✌️ There is a way to talk to people. Customer Service gave me a 20% off (that I'm not going to use.) I refuse to go back to Sally's.
I have been to Sally Beauty several times to get dye, bleach, and other hair supplies. Each time, we asked an employee questions. She hasn't answered us, or if she did, she answered in a very rude manner. I have had to return multiple times because my questions were not answered thoroughly. I have also had issues with dying my hair each time I did so. The latest event that happened was I wanted to dye my hair lavender. On top of returning for more dye, our questions were not answered, still. And the result is not at all what I wanted: It is now a very pastel violet. I will not be giving this store business anymore. I hope their employees learn customer service.
