I had an absolutely horrible time trying to figure out the best plan for me and I asked for a summary of all the plans, A woman named gabriela sighed when I asked for a description of these plans as if she was irritated I was inquiring. She was very short with me even though there was no customers in the store besides myself, so I'm not sure why I was rushed. She has a serious attitude problem and I got so fed up I walked out of the store before i heard anymore. Maybe she forgot she was working in the customer service industry? Made me not want to go with sprint, based on the poor customer service so I went with at&t, if she has been friendly and welcoming it would have made my decision easier and I did go there first because it did seem like I was getting more for my money with sprint but I dont want to deal with the hassle of not being treated properly. I'm absolutely appalled with the service i received and will be calling sprint directly so NO I do not reccomend this store.
