I just had a washer and dryer delivered and specifically told them to install the dryer on the LEFT. The gas line is on the left. I should not have even had to tell him where to put the dryer. I just went out and found the DRYER IS IN FRONT OF THE WATER HOSES AND THE WASHER IS IN FRONT OF THE GAS LINE!!! What kind of idiot does that? The delivery crew for Best Buy, that's who. My husband signed off not realizing it had been done wrong. I called the 800 number and was put on hold for over an hour and then disconnected. Now I am in the cue waiting for someone to come on the line. This has been a waste of my time and money. My husband is having major surgery in two days. I don't have time for this. On top of it they said I have to go back to the store where I made the purchase to get a refund on the installation. I BOUGHT THEM ONLINE! Why can't they figure that out by looking at the order.
