Went to take granddaughters in. Made appointment for all 3 of us. They overbooked and were not ready. Wanted all 3 of us together. I decided not to have done because we would have all been finished at different times. They were good to the older one but switched out with the 4 yrs old. The older older lady took over(the one that likes to nap against wall at slow times). She was so stressed out. The 4 yr old wiggle a little like every other 4 yr old. She did not want to put glitter on smaller toes or a flower on big toe. She kept staring at all the other clients. When the 4 yr old wiggled again she made a noise and slapped her foot. Not hard but the fact she did it was out of line completely! I told the owner and she told her in Vietnamese. The older lady Denied of course. The lady next to me said tell them and I told her I did. Why would I lie. When came time to pay, I said no tip for her. The boss lady who sits at end near debt machine said "that's okay I share with her"! It was supposed to be fun girl time, and it wasn't. I am sorry but you will not get the same as Sally, her products are way better and good quality, you get what you pay for, go to Sally and get that cheap stuff, Sally does not sell what they sell. I love their products and they sell nothing but great products.
TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! EVERYTHING IS MARKED UP LIKE 500% AND THE OWNER HAS A LITTLE "SECRET" TRICK OF PUTTING SALE TAGS ON ALMOST EVERYTHING IN THE STORE! SO U THINK EVERYTHING IS ON SALE (AND IF YOU DESERVE A DISCOUNT, ARE LICENSED, ETC.) then u get NO DISCOUNT on sale items, but everything is magically ON SALE! how convenient! this place is total highway robbery! i will never go there again & ANYONE out there will NEVER save ANY money here, in fact, the total opposite & i don't believe in rewarding GREED & LIES. you will pay less at the SALON! or far less at the DRUGSTORE, even better go to SALLY'S across the street which actually charges what a beauty supply SHOULD! I used to go to this salon regularly 10 years ago & never had a problem. I had to stop having my nails done because I caught a terrible infection at a hospital & ended up handicapped & unable to walk...my nails were the last thing on my mind.Recently I began walking on crutches, so today I thought I'd pamper myself & get them done. I went back to this place & explained to the manager who was sitting at the front desk that I would need a coat of quick-dry so the crutches wouldn't mess them up. He made me buy what he said was quick-dry for an additional $15. I didn't have enough cash for everything so I put it on a credit card.When it came time for the woman who was doing my nails to apply this, she put it on as the first coat, & it was then that I read the bottle: it was actually a nail hardener.When I told the manager this was not what I wanted he told me I was a "CRAZY, STUPID WOMAN. I was SO SHOCKED he would say this to a disabled person that I got up & left, but told him he was rude & that I would NEVER come back. He said "GOOD!"When I was driving out of the parking lot he had actually come out of the store & approached my car & yelled into the window "YOU ARE A STUPID WOMAN WITH AN UGLY LEG" and then said "I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU BOTHER WITH YOUR NAILS, IT WON'T HELP YOU LOOK GOOD." HE THEN GAVE ME "THE FINGER."i cried all the way home....here it was 10 years during which I'd gone through a terrible life & death situation, and I only wanted to do something nice for myself that I hadn't been able to in 10 years.I don't feel anyone this rude & unfeeling towards people or especially customers should be running a business, & I want to ask other people what they would do if someone treated them like this? It has been a rough 10 years for me & 2 of them I had to be IN a hospital & it has taken me a long time to even THINK about doing something like getting my nails done, & this man has really set me back a long way emotionally. I want to stop payment on my credit card, because my nails eneded up getting all messed up anyway because he sold me the wrong thing & didn't give a ****.PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.
As a first time visitor to Salon Bellezza it was fantastic. A friendly person answered the phone and got me in for a great cut the same day.Great customer service goes a long way!
