Such a horrible experience! Keeps charging my card and can't ever seem to help me cancel my membership that was only supposed to be a 6mo, over 2 mo. ago. Can't stress how awful the service is. Don't go here, don't give them your credit card number!! Poorly managed.
I went to see what tanning packages they had and never got helped. I then left after 10 minutes of not being attended to.
This is the worst tanning facility ever. They offer the poorest customer service known to man. I was guaranteed by "Christina" that after my 6 month contract was up that my contract would be cancelled (this was extremely important due to the fact that I moved to Dallas during that time). My contract was never cancelled and they continued to withdraw from my account for more than 4 months following the expiration of the contract. Once I noticed I attempted to call for a week in which my phone call was not received. I then emailed the owner and received no response. I finally got through and spoke to "Jenny" who basically told me she was nothing she can do and she'll have a manager call me. Turns out "Jenny" was the manager. I received no call from anyone but "Jenny" cancelled my account over the phone. Three weeks later I receive a call from "Ashley" who says my card was declined and I would be sent to collections. Uhhh for what? I cancelled my account with Jenny who obviously is confused about her position within the company. I explained my situation to Ashley who assured me the owner John would contact me. Well, John is apparently busier than the president of the United States of America because he never contacted me. I drove to San Marcos from Dallas and went into the facility and once again explained this situation to "Aubrey" who got in touch with Ashley and assured me that my account was cancelled and that I would be refunded my money. No one has yet to ask me to sign a cancellation form. I had to request a cancellation form and sign it myself. I was guaranteed that I would received a call from Ashley on Monday and be refunded my money. The call never came. I called Ashley on Tuesday and she told me that "john" called "Christina" and she does not remember me (so basically I'm a liar) and that my money would not be refunded. after over a dozen phone calls, 2 emails and in person visit I have yet to speak to the notorious John who does not know how to run a customer friendly business. DO NOT TAN HERE! San Marcos offers much better facilities with friendlier and more customer Savvy staff. This place is a scam.
Do not care about their customers. They were eager to sign me up but when my 6 months contract was up they continued to withdrawal from my account. When I called more than one person told me they wouldn't give me my money back even though I would not be tanning anymore because I hadn't come in and cancelled my account. I singed a 6 month contract but they will continue to drawl money until I go in and cancel my account. I'm out of town for summer and their answer to that was basically...sucks to suck. Shady business. Yes I signed the contract that had that conduction in it but it wasn't pointed out to me when I signed it cuz if it was I would have opted out of that. They're just trying to screw people out of more money.
