i find location is convenient and the service is pretty good.. never been charged twice for anything and if i have any complaints they fix the problem right then and there... never had to use the number for anything so i wouldnt know if they answer the phones or not..

WARNING! STAY AWAY! I've had many problems with this subway but let me tell you about my most recent one. Pulled into the parking lot the other day and heard a scraping when I parked. So I backed up a little thinking I had ran something over, nope. My front bumber got caught on the rebar sticking 8" out of the top from the parking block and was completely ripped off the front of my car. I go into subway to try and find out who owns the lot. The District Manager, someone by the name Samantha, comes out to look at it and takes a picture and gives me her email to send my information. I do so, but 7 days later, I still haven't heard a word from her. I called corporate yesterday and they said they would happily help me figure out the owner of the lot. Haven't heard from them in 3 days. Simple parking lot preventative maintenance and now I have to pay close to $400 just because I wanted a $5 sandwich. On other occasions, I have seen a employee wipe his nose (while his glove was on) and the continue to make the sandwich. Another subway employee dropped meat and picked it up and put it back in the sandwich. The employees are pretty damn rude with their snide little comments. The only thing that I kind of get a kick out of is the fact that these subway folks didn't know I manage 100's of apartment units in san marcos and I will definitely be sending out an informational letter to all my residents on the dangers of eating at this specific location.

I came to the drive up window with a smile and said, "Hi!". The female employee did not respond or look me in the eyes, but told me "That's 4.20." I gave her a 10$ bill. When she opened the window again to give me change, she still wouldn't look at me or say anything. I said, "Have a nice day!", after she gave me the blizzard, and I have to say that I think it takes a lot more effort to keep from looking at someone and saying anything, while passing that person change and the treat, than it would to look at someone and at least smile. I'm wondering how terribly these employees are being treated by management. They seemed very depressed, despondent, and not happy to be working on a Sunday. Luckily, it's been years since I spent money on something that unhealthy, but delicious, of course, and this experience has just helped me resolve never to return to a DQ. I will warn people away from this place.

Chris, the drive-thru guy, left out our sauces, forgot to have them remove the onions and tomatoes from one of our burgers, and cut me off the entire time while ordering ... "Are you done yet?" And, of course, there was a hair in one of our fries.
I have had nothing but horrible experiences here.. Service was terrible, chicken was over cooked.. also I waited like 20 minutes!!!! With only 2 cars in front of me.. I refuse to go to this location, I just hop on the road and go to the Church's Chicken by the big HEB.. I think they need new management and some customer service.. I hate to rate 1 star.. but i really hope this makes a difference :/
