It took a lot longer for the team to do the work than prodicted. We were to meet with them on a Saturday when the work was to be finished and they did not show, the work was not complete. We were told it would be Tuesday before the work was complete. They did not do everything they said they would do. They were to hall off a Dryer, it was still at the house alone with a couple of other pices of junk.We did not recive any proof that trips to the dump we paid for were made, the only paper work provided to us was what they printed from their computer. They claim to wash windows in and out, it was not done. I was told the walls would be washed with oil soap, it was not done. cogg webbs were still in and around the house. They did a half way job on what was done. One of the rods that you hang clothes on in one of the closets is now missing.
I have not yet contacted them but plan to. I do not have time to play around waiting for them to do things right. The house has already been kept off the market a week longer because of their slowness. I am sorry I ever found them by useing the yellow pages. I would not recommend them at all.
I will say the price charged was about right for what was done, however we would have paid more to have the job done right. The whole reason we hired them was so we would not have to do any of the cleaning. This weekend my husband, myself and our Daughter's family will be cleaning so the house can go on the market by Monday. I know we will have to make one more trip to the dump. They claimed to have depossed of paint and chemicals property but like I said we have not been shown any proof. When I call I will express I want to see it was done within the law. Some cans of paint were left behind. Again, I would not recommand them.
We were shocked to see this review. The home in question was a total clean and extensive debris removal. We quoted the time needed to complete the tasks as 4 days, and finished in 3. The debris removal was very tricky, as one customer wanted items removed that the other wanted to keep. The dryer was one of those items, as was the paint. Several items as well as furnishings were left in the home at the customer's request. We are certain that when these items were moved, there would definitely be cobwebs & dustbunnies underneath and behind, but we followed the customer's directions. We do have documentation for the disposal of the many hazardous chemicals, it was never requested by the customer, nor did they state any dissatisfaction upon completion , either before the gentleman wrote our check or anytime after. Of course, the gentleman was the customer that wished to keep the items noted. We were unable to remove the cat urine smell from the house and let the customer know they should really have the carpeting steam cleaned (which we do not do). Any cleaning required was due to items retained in place by the husband who inspected the home. we do not understand how these customers thought the home was ready for the market without removing their furniture, cleaning the carpet, or doing at least some touch up painting. This was clearly a misunderstanding between a husband (it was his recently deceased parents' home), and a wife who wanted it all gone. we take pride in our work and our customer service is unmatched in San Marcos. We would like to be given a fair opportunity to address concerns in a professional manner, instead of being blindsided by misleading, unfair comments such as this.
