I met with AJ for three different visits. The initial visit, where I looked at literally every toy hauler on the lot. A second visit, where I had narrowed my liking down to maybe three or four, ( still with AJ ) and then a 3r visit where I brought my wife to see some finalists. It was this 3rd visit where AJ shined. He walked us around IN THE RAIN, and answered all of our questions, and concerns. He never once pressured us into making a decision, and I got the feeling he'd have stood out there in the rain with us all day if he needed to. At this point, he could have left us to go attend to other potentials, because we were going to buy, and he would have gotten the credit no matter what, but he didn't bail. I was deciding between two toy haulers on either end of the lot, and he just kept walking back and forth with me over and over while I made my decision. Thanks AJ, you made the unbearable, bearable. Even sort of fun. :)

7 months after purchase had an issue with the leveling system and made arrangements with Holland Service department for the warranty work. Got an appointment scheduled with no issues and Darrel was our service advisor. The problem was identified and fixed within 24 hours. During pick up, we discovered another issue and Nate, the service tech, was out to see us within minutes and decided to replace the leveling system solenoid and did that within minutes. Very pleased with the level of customer service, followup phone calls, and quality of work. Both Darrel and Nate were great. Also had a Newmar recall notice two weeks prior and Darrel had me in and out of there within 30 minutes !

I purchased my first RV. This was a huge investment for me. I do want to say that Mindy Smith and Dean Konitshek have gone way beyond the excellence of customer service. These two have helped me with all my needs and questions.

My parents had purchased a Motor Home from here a couple of years ago, A retirement gift to one another, that is the only reason I went with Holland was because of the positive experiences they have had. I am very happy with my choice and recommend them just as my parents do!

Purchased my RV 2 years ago at Holland RV in Palm Desert. Called Holland in San Marcos yesterday (I was in the area) to ask if I could stop by the next day (today) to have the maintenance Dept look at a small problem I was having with my ceiling fan. Richard in Maintenance was more than accommodating. Although he was backed up three weeks with appointments, he told me to stop by today and he would look at the issue. Turns out, after tinkering with the Fan-Tastic fan for about 30 minutes with a tech, my fan needs a complete replacement. I was not charged a penny for their time and left feeling very good about my experience with Holland RV Centers Maint. Dept. In San Marcos. Thanks again Richard!!

I'm a snowbird Canadian who on spur of moment, when my wife and I dropped in at Holland RV in Palm Desert, ended up trading in our 2010 Class A diesel and purchasing a 2013 Tiffin Phaeton. The Holland RV sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Phaeton and the process for re-importing the Class A back into the US (relatively simple) and assisted us with the paperwork and process for exporting the new purchase from the US and importing it into Canada (a bit more involved). We took possession of the Phaeton and lived in it for about a month at our RV resort before returning with it to Canada. As a condition of the purchase, a number of things on the Phaeton were identified by both myself and by Holland RV service department as needing repair. These items were taken care of by Holland RV service in a cooperative manner; to fit their service commitments to all customers and our vacation schedule. These repairs were done mostly before we took possession and some were carried out afterwards and before our travel back to Canada. During our travel home two items came to light on the Phaeton that ideally should have been noticed and repaired while we were in Palm Springs area. These two items were repaired in Canada at a cost of about US$1,800. When Holland RV was provided with the documentation supporting our claim, they graciously compensated us for the repair cost we had incurred. Overall our experience with Holland RV was excellent. Great people to deal with! I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a deal on an quality RV.

Recently purchased a new Fleetwood Flair from Holland. Kevin and the rest of the sales team were excellent to work with and found a model with the specific floor plan, length, and features we were looking for.
As with all new coaches (we've had four), we found a few issues that needed service. Several were fixed at the time of our walk through, and two that cropped up on our first shakeout trip and were addressed immediately. So far so good on the service end....

everything was settled Holland rv came thru and replace the washer and dryer with new ones. We are happy now. Thank you Holland rv

We purchased our Class A at the RV Show at the "Q" 5/16. Our salesman Michael greeted us and took us the inventory. He answered all our questions honestly - if he didn't have an answer he went and got an answer. The whole team was Professional and NO PRESSURE. There were a few things we found during the "Walk Thru" that needed correcting. We were promised it would be ready in a week. I asked to be kept informed on the progress. Every morning Cayla, the best customer advocate I've ever dealt with called 1st AM with our RV's status. All repairs were made plus the techs found a couple of items that could have been hidden. Nothing was glossed over or hidden. The tech found the DC/AC inverter was marginal. It was replaced. Nate, the primary tech that worked on our coach took us thru the most thorough comprehensive walk thru We have ever been thru. He was unhurried, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions on how things worked and gave a great hands on showing us the right way to setting up, turning on stuff. Nothing was left to chance. When the walk thru was over we discovered that the factory plug was different than the one from our trade in. No hesitation - Nate had the problem corrected. He gave our tow vehicle a quick safety check and we're on our way.
To sum it up. Holland RV uses the "TEAM APPROACH'" from sale to delivery. The entire team was courteous and professional. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase or with the Holland Team that took care of us. When its time for service you can bet on where I'll go. I would recommend Holland to anyone looking for a new or used RV.

I searched for the right travel trailer for months and finally found what my family needed at Holland RV. The Heartland Wilderness we fell In love with was a little out of our price range. Holland Rv worked with us and we left with a beautiful trailer ready to make memories without breaking the bank.

What a wonderful place to buy a motor home. Dave was so nice as was Steve and Chris. We should have come here first. They work to make it happen, and we love our new motor home.

These guys have been great to say the least. I purchased a used 2000 rv , they continue be a positive resource and seem to take a lot of pride in their work.

We've been looking for a camping trailer for the last few days and just kept coming back to the same one....it was our favorite. The Salesman was awesome and made us a great deal! Come here to buy your next trailer or motorhome. My husband and I couldn't be happier......so here's to more camping in our future! :-)

What a great sales team. Everyone was so helpful. No pressure sales. They went beyond my expectations

Last week we ended up here looking to upgrade our trailer. While walking the lot we ran into Keith. After briefly going over what we were looking for, Keith quickly identified three possibilities on the lot. Keith spent more than four hours showing us the trailers, answering questions, and eventually going over the deal. He was courteous, polite, and patient. When we went over the condition of our trade in (which was not with us at the time); he took us on our word. That kind of trust in the customer says a lot about the company. We ended up buying and returned this weekend to drop off the old and pick up the new. Bill was the tech who assisted in swapping our tow gear and setting up the trailer. He we very professional and friendly. I really appreciated his patience as we unloaded all our stuff from the old trailer to the new one. Todd was kind enough to check as we finished up and offer some recommendations as well us give us a quick lesson on the braking system. Finally we dealt both with Ed and Mindy who both work the finance department. Again professionalism from every staff member we interacted with was way above and beyond expectation. We even got called and asked to re-sign our contract because they we able to save us additional money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holland RV to any of my family or friends and they will definitely have my business for the future as well.

Just happened to stop by and check out the cool RVs on the lot. Found one we liked and was helped by a very friendly and helpful salesman. Harry helped us find a way to get the unit we really liked. From there the whole process was pleasant and more than I could have expected. Being from out of town we were invited to stay on the site for a week to have our generator, satellite dish and inverter moved to the new unit. Cayla was great in keeping us informed and smoothly interfaced with management and technicians. Nate did all the work and it was beautifully done. Jason was the customer relations we worked with and helped us through some of the electrical issues we had. This is our third RV and by far the easiest transaction to date

We just purchased our beautiful RV from Holland and are so happy. The selection and pricing is incredible. They did everything they could to help us with what we needed. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. I am looking forward to doing business with them from now on. I promise they had nothing to do with my review, I am just a very satisfied customer.

can only talk about the sales experience so far. Just great. We were impressed with Rocky, our sales associate, to begin with. No pressure, very knowledgeable and just let us browse as we wanted. Highly recommended. We bought a diesel pusher and very happy "campers".
