The 2 workmen who came to do the laying of the flooring were so careful and thorough in their service, we believe they should be recognized by us for the fine workmanship they did in our house. They arrived promptly as they said they would and helped move our furniture with care.

Due to a neighbor's unfortunate water leak, which came into my condo, I had to replace the carpeting in one room. Dave was my contact and he was friendly and helpful from the start. He suggested that I put down laminate flooring, since the leaks had happened twice, and the laminate would be easier to replace instead of carpet, should it happen a third time. He helped me choose a laminate from your extensive collection. I was very happy with the service and have recommended friends and family.

The staff member that we met with many times actually took his time to explain things to us and worked to get us the best deal we could. He also accommodated our insurance and mortgage companies.

We purchased a floor not long ago the downstairs hardwood flooring and the stairs were carpeted. We wanted to replace the carpeting with hard wood and for everything to match. Since it had been 6 years since the hardwood was installed and done by the homes manufacturer it was a challenge to find a manufacturer that the company which originally made the wood had gone out of business. We contacted a number of flooring companies to match something like what the one we had. With Coles flooring we had a quick response and love the work they did.
