I was about to order a couch off the store room floor, when one of the salesmen offered me a book of couches I could order. I found one that I really liked and asked how long it would be to receive it. He replied 3-4 weeks maximum. Here I am 6 and a half weeks later couch-less. They never called to update me on the status. I called a few times and was always told its getting shipped. RIGHT.... Finally today I was informed it was here. I said great when can I have it. They replied next week. They are really behind on deliveries and they cant get it to me, and I could come pick it up. They just called to figure out when I was available to receive it. REALLY?? This is by far the most frustrating experience Ivd had with a business. I can't speak to the quality, or durability, because Ill probably never receive it. Go somewhere else pay the extra bit for the customer service and refinement of a true furniture store.
