Terrible Job - Very Unprofessional

I had the misfortune of hiring San Luis Auto Glass to remove and put back the front and rear glass of my car while it was being painted. Upon putting the glass back in, San Luis Auto Glass chipped and scratched the brand new paint. Additionally, they got the black, sticky glue used to secure the glass all over the interior of the car. It was on the back seats, the front seats, the floor, and the headliner... and it permanently stained my original vinyl seats (it's a classic car undergoing full restoration). I offered to pay for the materials used, which I thought was fair, but the owner wouldn't even accept that. He made every excuse in the world why none of the damage was their fault and now I'm stuck with having to pay someone else to fix their work. And it's going to cost me more than I paid them in the first place, just to have it fixed!



Bottom line, they did a terrible job, never owned up to it, and completely wasted my time and money. You could save yourself an empty wallet and a headache by hiring a more professional company.

Don't use--stood me up!

These people stood me up! I waited the whole 4-hour appointment window before calling to find out what happened. They said they couldn't come because it was too windy. Not sure why that matters, since the repair was scheduled for my (enclosed) garage. When asked why no one called to let me know they said, ""my bad."" Then they tried to schedule me for another 4-hour window. Think I probably deserved a specific time at that point. Called Apex and they scheduled me asap for $20 less than these losers. DON'T GO HERE!!
