Overall

Amazing! Very kind and informative. This was my first experience with car troubles as a college student and I couldn't be happier. Jack came to my rescue and drove me to Auto zone to get a new battery after all auto shops had closed. I definitely recommend calling College Towing.

Not inpressed, i needed a tow so I called AAA, i had a small trailer on the truck that was not covered by AAA. I was told that they would most likely charge a little extra to tow it as well. A little extra would be an understatement at best, he wanted an extra 250.00 to take the trailer. I do not mind paying a fare fee for services beu 250.00 to hook the trailer the tow truck and drop it in the same place as the truck was outragious. Their loss, i will never use or recomend them again.

They really took advantage of the situation

Poor representatives of the area most people here are honest . I'm local and I am so ashamed. I can only imagine how they take advantage of travellers

Positive Experience

My car broke down in, of all places, the parking lot of the local AAA office. So I called AAA roadside assistance and was helped by Eric and Jacob of College Towing. It was like being assisted by a couple of friends. They were real nice and friendly while still maintaining a level of professionalism. I hope I won't need a tow again for a very long time but, if I do, I won't mind being picked up by them again.

Knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful

We three girls had broken down on Hwy 101 right before dark. We knew nothing about the area, and needed not only a Nissan dealership, but a decent hotel. KEVIN, from COLLEGE TOWING came to our rescue. He told us he was a 7th (i think) generation resident of San Luis and knew where everything was. He found us a lovely, affordable hotel (Rose Garden Inn - also highly recommended), within walking distance of the dealership. Since one of us is in a wheelchair and we would have to walk/roll, it was terrific to be so close.

The company truck (a flatbed) was immaculate as was Kevin. College Towing is one of the only (if not the only) AAA authorized towing companies in the area, and it shows. What a difference between College and some of the other non-AAA approved companies.

Cliff in the office was also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help.

If you need a tow, and have a choice, definitely choose College Towing. You'll get professional, helpful service, careful treatment of your car, clean trucks, and prompt service.

Thank you College Towing!
