it never occurred to me to write a review until my moms insurance decided to go with another company other than timberlake. we had been receiving their services for home oxygen and equipment delivery for about 10 - 15 years. Doug and Not Doug (Gabe) were the men who came to our home and became part of the family every other Tuesday, even the family dog would wait at the door for Doug. Thats because Doug had treats for her, there were times we didn't even know he came until we turned on R2D2 (thats the oxygens tank name because it looks like R2D2). Any way we miss you guys. Your replacement sucks and has almost blown us up twice, and we have to keep calling them to get my moms oxygen R2D2 filled.

I bought a Timberlake wheelchair at a garage sale. It didn't have any elevated leg extensions. I contacted the San Leandro location of Timberlake Medical Supply. They no longer make this kind of chair and didn't have the parts in stock, HOWEVER they called their other locations until they were able to find a gently used pair, which they sold to us for a fair price AND shipped directly to our house. All of this in about 20 minutes while we waited in their comfy lobby. THANK YOU SO MUCH Chris and Donna!
