I recieved three quotes for simmilar carpet. Factory Direct floor was the best price by hundreds. Their installers were fast and professional. Would very gladly recommend for pricing and installation.

Factory Direct Floor staff provided excellent price for this imported Brazilian flooring material and deliveries on time. They were able to get distributor to provide samples and a speciliaty piece at no additional cost.

I went into the store two days ago and I'm sure I was driving them crazy with all my questions. I have done several flooring projects using both big-box laminate and a local specialty flooring store and no one has ever been so helpful, answering all of my questions and giving me a free advice. Factory Direct Floor installed my flooring in a very satisfactory and efficient fashion. The condo was sold soon after, but before the new owner took possession it became apparent that there was a manufacturing defect in the new flooring and it would have to be replaced under warranty.
