I had a great experience with the staff and the lady cleaning my teeth, I forgot her name but you told me she had a son named Jayden. I would definitely recommend Bancroft Dental to anybody that asked me four recommendations☺

I have been getting services here for years and early this year I received a bill from 2015 stating I owed money. I have two insurances to help cover cost of any work I may need.

Over the past two years, I would go get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year and not once was I told I had a payment or bill. I take pride in my oral health.

However, when I did receive the bill and called. I was told that I was sent bills. Not true and no records. Then I asked if I was sent bills, why was I never informed in person for the 8 visits in 2 years? Response: not sure how that happened.

I then spoke with Denise (Office manager) and she said that I had the product in my mouth and I should pay for it. I was not pleased with such an unprofessional response I informed her this is not my wrong doing or clerical error. I informed her I schedule my dental based on my insurance coverage and nothing I have ever gotten was due to an emergency services. Therefore, I know I did not approve dental work out of my coverage.

I have been waiting since January for the signed approval that I authorize the work to be completed. Furthermore, I am purplexed that I was sent a medical billing spread sheet as if I am a medical biller. This blew my mind. I reply to the email and asked who sent the email since there was no signature attached. This must be an error. I have not received an updated email with my request.

I spoke with several of the Representatives and I was told they can't find any paperwork/electronic approval that shows I approved the estimate and the services.

This was done last minute at the end of the year to maximize my two dental insurance cards to increase all possible profits they could obtain. I did inform the doctor that I had called and walked in on a few occasions to get pre-approval for a treatment plan. That's when he left and went to one of the coordinators and said how could this happens. Hence why I believe I have this bill because everything was rush due to the end of the year and I was told I was covered.

All I ask is for clarity and to have this issues presented accordingly and resolve asap. I made the initial contact around the 3rd of January.

Note: They did nor call me for my regular dental cleanings as usual. So I went in and I would get the run around.

I will say, the people at the front desk are warm, friendly and welcoming. However, the organization from the office manager and back of house is lacking as this should have been addressed early this year.

I am still waiting..... If I truly owe this money and I am shown proper documentation I will do the right thing but the principal matters.

All staff, from reception to dental assistance at this office are great!

Dr. James and Dr. "G" are very very good and compassionate for those of us with true dental issues.
I would highly recommend this practice. It is also located in a wonderful area with great restaurants (if you're not numb) right across the street!

I normally don't give reviews, but I really like this dentist office! They are very professional and very clean. Front desk are really helpful and pleasant to talk to. I recommend seeing Dr. Andrew, he was very informative, answered all questions, did a great job numbing my mouth, and took his time. I will go to him for all my procedures. Definitely recommend this dentist and not to mention their open on weekends and after work hours!!

Dr. Chang and Dr. Tero are the best dentist in the SF Bay Area. Their staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Our family has been going there for over 12 years. They do not over charge for extra work. We love the remodel and the new technology in their office. They are a family oriented business that caters to your needs.

If you are looking for a professional and friendly dentist stop looking and give Dr. Chang and Dr. Tero a call!

Love this place. It's clean, great equipment

Everyone is very nice. There great with kids. Easy to make and cancel appointment s. I feel comfortable and not nervous when I'm there. My 2 little ones love them.

I start coming here almost 2 years ago, and I am very pleased with the dental work provided by Dr. Mike, Dr. Janet and Dr. James, doctors that are professional and wonderful. The staff is also amazing, happy people that love their work. Now I can smile without feeling embarrassed. So, if anybody needs the work to be done on time, professional and to last, this is the place to come.
