I experience NO service. This company CANNOT be trusted. We verified 2 months prior to scheduled pickup, then again 1 month and the day of the scheduled pickup and they confirmed they'd pick up our packages. They NEVER showed up. When we called after they didn't show up they stated we were on schedule for the next day. We spoke to the truck driver the following day and he stated he was within 1 hour of arrival, but again NEVER showed up. We attempted to call, but they never answered our calls. DO NOT trust this company. We had to purchase pallets, shrink wrap and a rental car because of their LACK OF SERVICE.

I experienced poor reliability and even poorer customer service from this company. I had critical engine parts that were promised for delivery on Friday by noon for an install on Saturday. At 1:30 PM when the parts had not arrived I called them and spoke with the terminal manager, Vince, who told me their truck was broken down about 45 minutes from my location. I asked him if he could send another truck to transfer the items and complete the shipment, (rent one if necessary) but he said no, I would have to wait until Monday. Since I needed the parts to complete a $12,000 installation the following day, I asked if I could just drive to the current location and retrieve the shipment but he refused saying they would deliver on Monday. I had the feeling he was just trying to dodge my call and get me off the phone when he said "as soon as the truck gets back to his terminal he "PROMISED" to call me and make arrangements for an urgent delivery". I gave him both my business number and my cell phone and said "I'll be waiting for your call". Hours later he never called.I followed up at later in the afternoon (4:30pm) and spoke with his manager, Dave. I explained the situation and that Vince had promised to call me back. He told me Vince had gone for the day. I asked about getting the delivery sent down that afternoon or the next day but his reply was a terse: "Your location is not just around the corner you know" (it's about 1:45 hrs) "and we don't work Saturdays". When I pressed him to let me drive up and pick it up, he acted like it was a big imposition on him. Reluctantly he agreed to "allow" me to drive 1:45 on my time (and my dime) to pick up the shipment that HIS company was supposed to deliver by noon on Friday. Oddly enough this is a quote from Numark's website about their standards: "Numark Transportation has made it their commitment to provide the most efficient service, at the most competitive rates, with exceptional customer service".I guess their idea of "exceptional" is different than mine.
