He gave me advice on what I should do first to make sure I really need his service. He advised me to do simple troubleshooting to try to get my HVAC to work without him having to come out for a visit. I explained the problem and he told me to do this and that! So I thought it wouldn't work because I watched videos on YouTube and changed the fuse already. So I assured him that I would need his services. He gave me the exact price for the visit and explained the total cost for simple electrical problems, as well as, complicated motor problems. So I scheduled a visit for the next day, early morning. But after trying what he told me to do over the phone, I was able to get my heater up and running!.
