Terrible company with employees who routinely break the law with no regards for proper procedures and who physically threaten customers who complain about bad service

My wife got stuck last night at the mall, called 5 companies before I booked toro (15min eta). Driver Joey come and help with jump-start the car. thank you!
Best tow truck service!! Aram is super friendly, and experienced with car troubles.Thank you for getting my car running again. Quick, friendly and affordable. Definitely will use again
I had a great experience with Bay Runner Towing, as great as you can have when you need to call a tow truck. They showed up much faster then what they estimated on the phone in a flatbed tow truck!
This is a great towing service in San Jose. It took them about 15-20 min to get to my location. The price was reasonable for a trip from San Jose to Redwood City. The owner was really nice as well. Will use Bay Runner Towing again!
I could not be happier with the service I got from these car towing service professionals. All I had to do was make an appointment a few hours in advance, and they came over right on the dot to help me with my car. They were completely prepared to work on the task I set for Bay Runner Towing. Not only that, but the final results were really A+ and I am still enjoying their service to this day.
This was a towing service that I was glad I could trust. When I needed these towing experts for flat-tire work, these guys were there for me. I needed a fast towing service with little time for research and I was hoping the results from these professionals would be at least satisfactory. I was definitely pleased. And the bill was no huge surprise either. I would recommend Expert Towing to anyone who wants help from people who know what they are doing.
As always, our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of a big and growing worse rain storm. I found Bay Runner Towing online, called them, and within an hour we were out of the rain with our car towed to our own mechanic. I can't say enough about how helpful they were to work with and about how hard they worked in miserable conditions to get us on our way. From now on any time that I need a towing service I will call Bay Runner Towing.
Called Expert Towing during morning rush hour and they arrived as per their estimate (one hour). The driver was professional, competent and kind; helped push dead car out of my garage. Hope I don't have to, but would use this Towing San Jose again.
After being in an minor auto accident, I called for roadside assistance, and Illusion Towing came to assist. I told the tow truck driver I wanted to go to the dealership. I mentioned this twice before I got in the tow truck cab and a couple of times after he got into the cab. He told me that I did not want to go to the dealership, I needed to go to a body shop, and he knew of a body shop he could drop me off at. It just so happened that we were surrounded by lots of body shops and dealerships. I could almost make out a sign up the road that looked like the dealership I wanted to go to, and he continued to insist that I should go to his body shop. Again I said I wanted to go to the dealership because they would tell me what body shop I should go to. That is when he pulled over to the side of the road. When you are a woman in a tow truck cab, and the tow truck driver is refusing to take you where you want to go, and he pulls over to the side of the road, it is enough to get you worried. He then proceeded to tell me that I had not told him where I wanted to go yet. He confirmed that there was a dealership up ahead, and I said I wanted to go there, and The dealership would tell me which body shop I should go to. He tried to discourage me more, but then finally gave in. The dealership was very accommodating, and they gave me a photocopy of a map with the address for their bodyshop. When I got back in the truck with the map, he was still resisting everything I was saying, so I said fine, I will call roadside assistance to let them know you are refusing to take me to the body shop I want to go to. So he gets back on the road, and he called his contact at Roadside assistance. He lied and told them I had not told him where i wanted to go. I explained that he was trying to get me to go to an auto body shop that would give him a kickback for dropping me off. Once he heard that, he started acting a little nicer for a few minutes. I told roadside assistance i wanted to keep them on the phone until he got me to the address I needed to get to. We were about 3 miles away on his GPS. Then when we were 1.3 miles away, he pulled over again and said he was going to get another tow truck because he didn't want to work with me anymore. Either I talked him out of it, or the person on his phone talked him out of it and he got back one the road and drove the rest of the way. Once we got to the correct body shop, he ran into the managers office and closed the door. That doesn't really matter to me. The manager saw right through him. The driver also tried to get me to write down my address on his receipt. Of course I gave him a false address. He never gave me a copy of the receipt.
