you can find anything for an asian dish here. they have some regular groceries too. the produce is super cheap, and in the spring, when everything is in season, you can find fantastic deals, like 99 cent a pound bing cherries and 5 pounds for a dollar watermelons! all the asian ingredients are SUPER cheap. something that would cost you 4 or 5 bucks at a regular grocery store is generally under a dollar. kikoman soy sauce is 99 cents! hoisin sauce is like, $1.29! tofu is 79 cents a pound!! it is hard to find things if you have never been there, and it can be sort of overwhelming, but once you get the hang of finding things, it's a great place. just don't buy any seafood, it isn't very fresh.
My family has enjoyed this Bakery for nearly 2 decades now. Our favorite cake, of course, is their burnt almond cake. We love this cake so much, we passed on a traditional tiered wedding cake for my sister's wedding and purchased 2 sheet cakes that fed over 100 people. Ironically - a lot of the guests were judgemental when they saw a sheet cake as the wedding cake - but all everyone could say when they ate it was how delicious it was. After the wedding, I received nearly 20 different requests from some of the guests of the wedding - where did we get the cake from. Incredible. Truly Incredible.
I love this store! Make-up and vitamins, sunscreen, medicine, etc are much less expensive here than anywhere else. . They have good women's jeans, too. This store is about 5 miles from my home. Other Wal-Marts might be larger and offer more items, but I'm not willing to drive further. I have never found this store to be dirty. Of course it can get crowded if you go at certain busy times. The lines sometimes are long, but they move pretty fast Tje cashiers are friendly and fast--except those just hired! It's no Macy's, but I'm judging it on calue. Much better prices than Target.
7-Eleven what can I say. I need a drink. Alcohol. I never would image I would review a 7-Eleven but as a consumer with a budget I need to know if it is worth spending my money in someones place of business. This place is very good. Clean, well stocked and friendly service with a smile. I have been to this location at all hours of the day and night. It always has the things that I need at a reasonable price. Service is fast at the counter, hot food looks very good and cold food has rotation of product. What else can you say, but thank you for being part of the community.
This is supermarket that sells excellent quality of foods, meats, fish, ready to eat plates and wines. The vegetables are very fresh. They do carry a large quantity of organic vegetables. Their turkey's selection is the best and includes the farm free range raised and after baking they are tender juicy and exceptionally tasty. They carry a large selection of very high quality wines and they have a tasting counter, where you can taste many wines for just $2 fee. Even their shopping bags have a distinctive quality, not found in other supermarkets.
I love Target...especially their kid section but it seems no matter how many times I come to this store's location they never have the sale item in stock. I even checked with a staff member thinking they had just ran out and trying to find out when it would be restocked...only to be told they hadn't gotten the sales item in time for the sale!!! WHAT??? So if you're looking for an item, I'd suggest calling before you drive down and possibly waste your gas & time.
It has a little bit of something social. Wine & tasting, organic family, produce , herbs & meats/poultry w/butchers having excellent knowledge & others staff. Amazing deli & sweets! Full salad & nacho bar. Seniors % for salad bar during certain times. Fab wine sales & liquor tasting. My guilty pleasure is their variety of organic potatoe chips. Bit $$$ but worth it. Most Deff..Parking is horrific during the evenings!
I have been eating Burnt Almond cake from this bakery since I was a little girl and it has never failed to please me (except when they accidenty gave me the chocolate variety instead of regular white). I honestly haven't eaten anything else from them, but I'm sure the rest is good too. I'm having a large burnt almond cake made for my graduation party, and I will probaby have one made for my wedding!
