Do not go here and if you do don't talk to Pete - he is your typical car salesman scammer using the "bait and switch" and then trying to get out of the fact that he is committing a crime of fraud associated with affirmative misrepresentation of the price and vehicle with a supposed technicality.
An agreement - not just a "yes. I can do that." but a "sounds good." is still considered an agreement. So if the customer returns after informing you of their max price and you give them ANY form of verification (sounds good is included) and then try to get a contract out on them without informing them that you can't meet that top price but are continuing with a previous price that was NOT agreed upon by the other party based on the top price provided. YOU ARE COMMITTING FRAUD!
I will never do business with a company that promotes this kind of behavior and allows their workers to commit crimes just to get a sale. With that being said, I'm providing a warning to those who may be inexperienced in buying vehicles or checking contracts and might be tricked by such a dishonest dealer. Look elsewhere and make sure you look closely, no one deserves to be taken advantage of and a dealer should not be committing crimes to fatten their pocket and taking your hard earned money to do so.
I visited the dealership to purchase a part. When I found out the part cost of $500 I thought it might be worth having the service group diagnose the problem. I was sent to talk to Eric Cornelius that seemed to be available. While walking towards his desk he picked up the phone. I stood in front of him for several minutes and he kept making phone calls letting customers know their car was due for service. He didn't even look at me. After his third phone call I said: "dude, do you see me standing here?" He replied yes, and I'm making phone calls. All other advisors were busy with customers. After hearing his answer I asked another advisor to get the Service Manager. Hearing this Eric looked at me and starting to laugh. The Service Manager was busy but the other advisor, seeing what was going on, apologized and told me he will help me as soon as he was done helping his customer. In the end, the Service Manger took his time coming out so I just left. I'm not going back.

I signed up for an account just so I could give Stevens Creek Volkswagen the props it deserves.
I am by no means a car person and feel a warm glow simply by figuring out how to open the hood. So as you can imagine I am very wary of being ripped of or taken for a ride by a mechanic because everyone knows somebody who was victim to a dishonest mechanic
I'm new to the city and found these guys by searching on Google. I took my Touareg there because on an issue with the car. From the moment I walked in and greeted by Joe Castelino and his crew, I felt like I came to the right place, and now that the work has been done- I'm still convinced of it.
They were fast and even gave me a no charge rental the day I brought it in! They were fairly priced and were very patient in explaining to me all the intricacies of the problem I was having and now I actually feel like I've grown a couple of chest hairs from that butch manly knowledge.
It was easy for me to get over there from HWY 280 and it was well worth the trip and I will be going back the next time I need to (which i hope is not any time soon).
5 Stars easy.

Just wanted to share this with everyone, so I wanted to share here as well...
Okay.. who really wants to go to a Car Dealership and go through the hassles.??? Oh yeah but I have no choice since I have bad credit and it's my first car too...
I was really impressed with this dealership, especially with Frank and Raja. They both were very friendly, helpful and not pushy. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Thank you again to all that helped us as we are very excited and happy about our new car and the deal we received. !!

My experience was very very good. I read all the reviews on internet and I still went there anyway because they had the car I wanted in stock.
So, Mark the salesman approached me and he was very nice and told me everything I need to know about the Jetta. I had a great deal which is better pricing than carsdirect website. Finance guy was pleasant and I got the rate which I had it in my mind. Overall, I experienced a better service than what others mentioned in their review. I will give them my business again..

I would give this dealership zero stars but the program forces me to choose at least one. I recently leased or thought I had leased a new CC. I submitted a credit application one week prior to heading over to the dealership to look at the car. They said I was approved and sent me home with lease contract, and my new car. Two weeks goes by and I recieve a generic looking letter in the mail stating that they cannot find financing and I must return the vehicle. So I call the finance manager who lies to me and says that he never said the car was mine! Why would my name be on the registration of a car that isn't mine? He then goes on to say that if I want to buy a different car, or agree to a different down payment he can draw up a new financing contract. I thought they couldn't get financing for me, sounds like they are trying to make more money out of the deal. I am returning the now used car to them and will take my business to a legitimate dealership. I would recommend that everyone stay away from the crooks at this dealership. Bad business is not a good thing to practice in a slow economy, when plenty of other places are hungry for a sale.

In December of 2007, I received a promotional letter addressed to me from SCVW to bring in my 2004 Beetle to trade in for a new 2007.
I went readily as I had purchased a 2004 Beetle from them, but the payments were high, and I wanted to unload it because I needed more room as I now had disabilities and a dog. The dealership did not honor the promotion which stipulated no money down, and made no credit worthiness disclaimer. They kept me there from 1Pm until near 8PM bringing out various older modelled cars Jetta and Passant and other makes, trying to get me to buy a model years less than the one I had. They did not sell me an' 07 VW. They said my credit was not good enough. They eventually sold me a trade-in 2005 Taurus (didn't tell me it was aleased vehicle) and wrote the contract for $300 downpay of $294 a month. Shortly, they claimed they could not finance the car at that price, and without my consent tore up the contract and wrote another, raising the price.
Eventually I went home, but two days later they called me in because that deal didn't fly with their financers. So, they filled out the change of contract form this time, and wrote another contract, increasing the interest rate and cost. Before tis deal was over, I paid $500 downpay and they had written the contract three times; let me take the car and after 20 days, they send me registered mail trying to rescind the deal because the financing fell through. At the last minute, they found financing, and I kept the car. Later, I found the car had mechancal problems( brakes) and odometer and that the drive train warranty (with a$250.00 deductible--no less) was wortheless. They are a remorseless, thieving and slick bunch. Stay away. I'll never do business with them again. I am suing. Oh, I reported to them DMV and they recommended I do the action. That's the recourse. No stars for them. The program made me choose one.

I went there to have a valve cover gasket replaced for the third time on my 2001 passat. After the work was completed I drove back to work for a couple hours. When I went out to my car there was a puddle of oil on the ground. I tried to contact someone in the service department, but of course it is a ghost town after 6PM. Luckily the Sales manager David Wei said if I could drive to the dealership he would let me borrow a car.
I found out the next day that the new cam tension was bent during installation. I was told that they would wipe down the bottom of my car which was covered in oil from the night before. I looked under it and there were still droplets underneath. I pointed this out to the service adviser and his comment was ""you can bring it tomorrow"". They definitely do not know how to handle a customer after they make a couple mistakes. I would find a local shop to work on your car and never go there. They do not show any feeling of remorse it seems. They said sorry, but I did not get the impression they mean it.
