Terrible captain in my party!!!

She's too lazy, didn't help serving, and had no knife to cut the cake because she shared it with another party!!! Unbelievable.. Do they have only a knife for three parties??? I had to go myself look for a disposable knife while she was seating on the floor organizing the skates and my guests waiting...No help serving, no gloves to touch the pizza, no hand sanitizer, no help refilling the drinks and I had to borrow cups and plates from the party beside mine, since she was not there whenever I need her. In the advertising, they say the captain entertains/helps the kids in the Ice skating, which didn't happen at all!

I would not have a party there again, too expensive for no good service. Very disorganized! The captain named Maria didn't give a single smile. It looked like she was doing me a favor, and not doing her work!!!! Terrible experience!!!

Clean Icy Fun!

WHOOA We had so much fun! I prefer my own skates but my friend was from out of town and had to rent hers, and she said they worked out fine. It was like old times!

We checked in on the Sharks in a practice skate, and hung back to get a few autographs - totally unexpected! Loved It!

if you play hockey this is the place to play! as long as you don't play on the center rink after a skating session! the ice is grate and if you need to get your skates sharpened they are creeper than power play. if you have cezer or andy do it for you you will get a grate job! they are the only 2 that will take there time with your skates and are good at there jobs..
