        I called Lino when I needed to draft a purchase agreement for a business. It was nice having such a competent attorney representing me. He reviewed all the franchise information to make sure I was not going to get stuck signing something that was unusual or not in line with what was expected from a buyer.
        The second time I used Lino was to collect on a business debt. It seems his name was well known as being the best at this service. I came away very pleased at the result of a new agreement with everything set if the other side defaults. It I nice knowing that I have the right person to handle my business affairs. I would recommend Lino for any business sales, lease negotiations, partner disputes, or any other business issue.
