I suffered a knee cartilage and ligament tear since 1997 and went through a lot of treatment before I met with Dr. Bhuva. My sporting activities were restricted. He performed arthroscopic surgery of my knee which was an outpatient procedure of 2 hours in 2005. With a little bit of follow up physical therapy I am now completely free of any trouble of my knee and am back to my normal activity level. I had a great experience with Dr. Bhuva's diagnosis and precision surgery, which only a genius like him can deliver. He is a surgeon of the highest caliber. He is a very cordial, to-the-point and very time sensitive person and is very respectful of his patients.
I will recommend him to any person genuinely in need of quality care.

Several weeks ago my wife who is an RN was referred to Dr. Bhuva after being seen by two other physicians who were unable to properly diagnose her condition. Dr. Bhuva within seconds of seeing her diagnosed her condition as septic bursitis, immediately immobilized her arm via hard cast, explained fully and in detail her condition and the seriousness of it. He assured us that if we followed his program of treatment explicitly, the infection would resolve itself within a few weeks. He immediately prescribed Keflex
and with 2 followup visits the infection is gone. We have an extrememly high regard for Dr. Dinesh. My wife has been an RN for 42 years and she said it is rare to find such a professional like Dr. Bhuva. He is thorough, to the point and takes his profession very seriously.
What further prompted me to write this review was in reponse to the previous review of Dr. Dinesh by a patient who obviously was looking for some special treatment because of his race and apparently was looking to be entertained by Dr. Bhuva. Well, sir, Dr. Bhuva is not a stage entertainer employed for your amusement. He is an accomplished and well-respected physician. I suggest if you are looking for entertainment a trip to Reno or Las Vegas would certainly be of benefit to you. If you are looking for exemplary medical care then I highly recommend Dinesh Bhuva, MD.

My recent appointment with Dr. Bhuva was a pleasant experience. My wait was only about 15 minutes. Dr. Bhuva was cordial and helpful. He spent a good deal of time with me examining my knees and reviewing my x-rays. He gave me advice on how to deal with my knees and explaining things I could do to avoid pain and strengthen them. He explained everything thoroughly and used language I could understand. He took time to answer questions and even answered questions I had about my back even though it was not my original complaint. He was friendly and made me feel as if I was a valued patient. I would recommend him to a family member of a friend.

I had a hairline fracture on my index finger, so took an appointment with this doctor, Dr. Dinesh Bhuva. Got a second day appointment, Great! Went precisely at the correct time, 2:30 filled out all the forms and then had to wait for one full hour before the 'doctor' came to see me. He came, was extremely impersonal to the point of being rude (maybe he thought i didnt deserve any respect because i am Indian too?) was very harsh on my index finger where i was hurt and created more pain than was originally there. Then, in more impersonal fashion tied two bandages around my fingers, then sent me home packing. No polite talk, no advise, nothing. Made me feel like an interruption to his work, probably he doesnt realize that i am his 'work'! All in about two minutes (yeah the first minute he took that x-ray thingy). Oh my God, i have been here in the US for the past 9 years and never have i seen such a rude and harsh doctor anywhere. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this doctor to not go to him, go somewhere else. This 'doctor' is not worth your time. In all, i had just wasted not just my $30 copay, but overall two hours of time during my workday.
Update - 7/5/2007
I received a bill of about $1500.00 for the two minutes two bandage treatment that i have received from this 'doctor'. Oh god, this guy is in a mad rush to get rich off of me and similar poor souls. Cant believe that he charged close to $600.00 for some 'surgery' ..was i sleeping anything during those two mins when he performed surgery on me?? possibly!! maybe running two small bandages around my index finger would amount to surgery...and my insurance company has actually paid for a part of this 'surgery'..can u believe this? I hope there is some way to report this person to the authorities and do a great service to the world!!!
