The girls who work in this store are great with my pets. Whenever we go by my dogs insist on going in here. The girls know them by name and always take the time to pet them and give them treats! Whoever is working is happy to help you with trying the clothes on your dogs. I think they are better with my pets than I am.

Went in there to get a couple of items for our pooch and didn't get any help at all. The two sales clerks working there were too engrossed in their conversation to help a potential customer. Did anyone come up to ask if we needed help? No, of course not. They were too busy to get up from their chairs. Did anyone even ask if there we something we needed to find? No, of course not. We were made to feel like we were intruding in on their chat. Oh my, what a total waste of gas.

I've been a steady customer for the last three years. I returned ONE item (dog harness) within the same hour of purchase. My dog slipped out of it as soon as I put it on her. I requested a regularly stocked item, that they were out of (I picked up 2-3 weeks after emergency surgery). I had also offered my credit card # to pre-pay and hold my item. This return was made the first year I began to shop at this store. I have since made steady purchases of treats and other items. In addition, I referred many friends and other animal lovers to this store. I recently purchased an expensive harness in hopes to relieve pressure on my Yorkie's trachea. I was assured by the staff that there would not be a problem returning this item as long as I return it within 2 days for a full refund (14 days for store credit). Although the harness was dingy and previously used, I purchased it because I wanted to have a good product for the health of my dog (and, that's what really matters). The employees mentioned that the harness had not been used and it would take 3-4 weeks to order another and if it did apply pressure her to trachea, I have 2 days to return it. They said to walk out with it to make sure it does not choke her. Well after walking for literally 3 min's I removed it and placed it in the bag. I was treated very badly for returning a harness my dog wore for 3 min's, accused by the owner for trying to return a dirty, dingy and obviously worn harness. I agreed with the look and assured her that I mentioned this to her employees at time of purchase. I also told her I followed her policy and was mislead by her employees. She accused me of ALWAYS ordering treats and never buying them, and returning lots of harnesses and treats. This was heartbreaking; I was truly shocked to be accused and treated this way for no reason. She said, ""I'm not returning your money and I don't care if you don't shop here anymore-just go!"" Please be aware, DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

Gussied Up is THE place to take your pampered pooch. Service is friendly and helpful; the sales person greeted our puppy with cookies, and didn't mind at all that he had a little accident on the floors (luckily, they aren't carpeted!). The selected for both females and males is extensive, with a large selection of sizes and styles that all the celebs' pooches are wearing. They also have gourmet treats, bedding, and grooming products available as well.
