Creekside Inn: Lucky for us that we were not treated so rudely by the staff such as that poor other reviewer was! We were in a rather upbeat mood and because the Millenium Band was rehersing, we took it in our stride that we had to seat ourselves, that it took for ever for our orders to arrive, that it took for ever for the check to arrive... we just wanted to get out of there, the band was very good... but with those ceilings so low, the very loud sound of a full ""Big Band"" orchestra was ""jetted"" full force into our ears that I worried we were damaging our hearing! The food was not that great, we were very disapointed. We observed that the dining room was not clean (my husband told me that he noticed that right away and almost had us walk out). In all fairness, I agree with the prior reviewer that at least the lady's bathroom was clean (so important!). We do not intend to patronize that establishment again. Sorry!

I called Creekside Inn with a few inquiries and the operator on the other line said he was too busy to answer my call and rudely hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I called back and asked to be transferred to another department and he refused. I told him he did not have to be so rude and he swore at me! I've never heard such awful phone etiquette at any establishment in my lfe. Apparently my phone call wasn't worth his time. Avoid this place! The terrible service is not worth your time.

We went to the Creekside Inn because they were a participating restaurant in the Entertainment Book, a good way to try new places and get a discount just for trying them. The meal was average and non-offensive meaning that the taste buds were not going to have a good night out. The vegetables were bland, no taste and no crunch. The meat portions were medium to small and both my wife and I went away still a little hungry. (we are average weight!).
The service was pleasant and attentive. It had a closed-in feeling, big room, low ceilings, no windows atmosphere and if you are looking for the creek, its on the other side of the parking lot, behind the trees and bushes.
Its probably a decent place to have a wedding reception, large room, large parking lot and easy to find.
