I purchased a table a few years ago from them and it was the WORST experience of my life. The assist manager told me to F off because my table and chairs was really overdue and the paint finish they had listed was wrong. I wanted him to call the manager and he swore at me!!! I went back when the manager was there and she (apparently the owners mother) not only didn't apologize to me for my horrible treatment she told me I was the one in the wrong for wanting him to contact her!!!! I went to get my friend out of the car so I'd have a witness when we went to court and she told me if I did she would call the police!!! WHAT!!! I told her go ahead I'd love to file a complaint. After that I didn't even want that table. I told her for years to come every time I looked at that table I'd have nothing but bad memories attached to it. I can't believe they are still in business. Wish them nothing but the worst. I would give them no stars but apparently you have to give at lease one to post anything.

This place deserves no stars. I ordered two bunk beds last Tuesday and was told they would arrive that Friday or Saturday. I arranged for pickup for the following Wednesday (today). I called yesterday to confirm they were in and was told that only one had arrived. Unfortunate that no one at CWF thought it might be nice to inform me. But as I had already arranged for pick up, I went ahead with my movers to pick up the one bunk bed.
I was greeted with ""Oh, you?re THAT WOMAN who ordered the bunk beds"". in a contemptuous tone. I had my movers with me and told him we were here to pick up the bunk bed. I asked him to deliver the 2nd bed since it hadn't arrived as promised. He said ""Absolutely not"". Then he launched into a diatribe about how I had ordered the beds at the last minute on a Weds and then had the nerve to expect them on Friday. He proceeded to berate me on how unreasonable I was and how bad my attitude was.
To this point, all I had asked him to do was deliver the bed that was late!
And, to be clear, I ordered the beds on TUESDAY, not Wednesday. Furthermore, I would not have expected the beds on Friday if I had not been told numerous times by his staff that that was the arrival date.
He then demanded my credit card to refund my money for both beds. He said he didn't have to sell them to someone with such a bad attitude.
So, while he processed the refund he continued to call me names and tell me what a horrible person I was. The movers were speechless. When they questioned his customer service attitude he snapped that he had great customer service since he had over $30 million in sales. Really. $30 million. Selling bunk beds.
He then threw my card and receipt at me and told me never to come back.
Don't worry. I am thankful he didn't get my money and will do everything I can to keep people from experiencing what I experienced.
I didn't deserve that treatment. No one does. I made a simple request, nothing more. He chose to refund $1100 rather than spend $50 on a delivery.
I am incredulous that he is still in business.

Today my wife went to get our money back for a item that was ordered March 22nd, 09. We 've already requested ou money back and was told 2wks ago that the item was on its way, still don't have it. When she went to request in person today she was meet by a man with no customer service training. The man told her she was never going to get her money back. While agueing with him a new customer said she would like to order something. My wife told her "" I wouldn't if I was you"". The man leaned forward and told my wife,"" SHUT THE F***UP."" Tomorrrow I'll be going to see the Manager, But from what I just read this probaly wont do any good. Wish me luck. I'll keep you all informed....

If there were a star-rating even worse than ""Awful"", I'd have chosen that one.
I posted a question a little while ago to my local moms' group about where to find loft beds and someone had recomended ""San Jose Furniture"" (an online company), which has a storefront under the name ""Country Wood Furniture"" in Cambrian Plaza.
My husband and I have purchased pieces from them in the past, and had no troubles. They weren't top-dogs in terms of customer service, but adequate.
Well, my husband put a loft bed on hold and put down a deposit a couple of days ago, but then called in today to say that we found another one elsewhere, and we wanted a refund. The woman on the phone hung up on him, so he went in tonight to ask for a credit.
What ensued thereafter is absolutely appalling! After he finished his business with the woman (she still insisted on charging us $80 - for what I don't know), she called him ""rude"" for cancelling his order.
My husband's response was something along the lines of: ""I'm rude because I found another piece of furniture elsewhere?""
The man working alongside her started cussing at Ravjit (in front of our son), using words like ""a-h0!e"", and the ""f"" word. My husband asked him not to cuss in front of our 5-year-old, and the guy just continued.
So my husband, very cool-headedly said: ""Okay, you do what you need to do, and God bless you guys.""
""Allah isn't God!"", to which my husband replied ""Um, I believe in Jesus and our Lord (God)"", and walked away.
The guy continued to yell and cuss at him as he got into his car.
I highly recommend that none of you do any business with this ridiculously customer-unfriendly, rude, and racially-charged, angry owners of this company.
Just a heads-up, for those of you who care about such things. In the meantime, we're trying to take whatever actions we can to ensure that others don't have to suffer through the same things.

Read reviews here, on Yelp, and on Yahoo. I wish I had researched first. The merchandise was delivered damaged, the owner refused to return, correct or credit my account. He actually was very rude, disrespectful, and cocky... his attitude was like I have your money and there is Nothing you can do about it! I'll fight any credit card dispute..... Do not shop at this place. It is not worth the stress, waste of time or money! The multiple negative reviews and 36 Business Bureau complaints show bad service is the way they do business!
